Bachelor thesis, entitled The marketing mix, is engaged in the marketing mix of a company which offers services, and its seven components, which are product, price, distribution, promotion, physical environment, people and processes.
In the first, theoretical part, they are based on the study of scientific literature discussed in more detail the concepts of marketing and marketing mix.
The second part represents the company Podbaba Fitness Centre, which is under investigation. This section contains an analysis of the current marketing mix of the company, which is made based on the acquisition of primary and secondary data and a questionnaire aimed at promoting fitness centers.
The conclusion is based on data obtained, to conduct its own survey by the questionnaire method and comparing data, presented the proposal of possible improvements in the marketing mix for a greater influence customers and attracting more new customers.
