The bachelor thesis deals with the labor market and its applicants which are looking for a job through the labor market. The focus of this bachelor thesis was to map the current situation on the labor market in the district of České Budějovice. There were three research questions created for this bachelor thesis. H1: Due to the effects of coronavirus epidemic on the labor market, there are differences in the rate of being scared between the professions, when it takes to concerns of looking for work, in between applicants on the labor market in the district of České Budějovice. H2: Due to the effects of coronavirus epidemic on the labor market, there are differences in the rate of being scared between the levels of education, when it takes to concerns of looking for work, when it takes to finding an optimal job, in between applicants on the labor market in the district of České Budějovice. H3: Due to the effects of energy crisis on the labor market, there are differences in the rate of being scared between the professions, when it takes to concerns of looking for work, in between applicants on the labor market in the district of České Budějovice. When it comes to gathering data, I have used primarly non-standardized questionnaire, which was created through Survio.com, in the next step it was processed through Microsoft Excel for the purpose of creating tables and graphs and lastly for testing the hypothesis, I have used a statistical program called IBM SPSS Statistics. The questionnaire contained 14 questions, in which three were open and 11 were created in a style of pick one. I have tested all three hypothesis and all three came out as true. That means there are differences in the rates of being scared in between the applicants, being it in different professions or level od education due to the coronavirus epidemic or the energy crisis.

Virtová, Tereza ; Stöckelová, Tereza (advisor) ; Abu Ghosh, Yasar (referee)
This thesis presents the main results of a five-month ethnographic research project in a global factory in the Czech Republic. It is focused on three topics. Due to a number of ethical dilemmas that accompanied the research, the first part examines ethics in anthropology, both the instruments of the institutionalization of professional ethics and "ethics in practice". As a strategy for dealing with ethical dilemmas the thesis aims at a reflexive approach, as proposed by Guillemin and Gillam (2004) not only to ensure rigor in research methodology, but also as a form of "morally adequate research work". The second research focus is the production line. The line makes sense - that is, produces stuff - only when people and machines interconnect. Symmetrical analysis juxtaposes humans and machines and explores the dynamics of agency as it shifts the borders between people and machines and the characteristics that each takes from the other. The last part of the thesis presents the factory as an actor in the labor market. Through the analysis of economic and organizational factors as well as workers" stories and interpretations and regional authorities" accounts, the final part tries to explain the perception of the factory as a stable and relatively solid employer. Keywords: global factory, ethics,...
