Moral dilemmas of the teacher in preschool education
Zálešáková, Irena ; Dostálová, Vladimíra (advisor) ; Urbanová, Eva (referee)
In kindergartens, teachers encounter various moral dilemmas in the course of their professional lives. The diploma thesis focuses on these dilemmas and tries to identify them and find out how they are solved by pedagogues and how they further influence them in their work. The aim of the thesis is to provide an insight into this area of the professional activity of female teachers in preschool education and thus contribute to a better understanding of the topic and at the same time break down certain belittling attitudes that perceive moral dilemmas in kindergartens as irrelevant to the solution and moral formation of pedagogues. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with ethics and morality, reveals the roots of these fields and their unsystematic or often missing grasp in the work of pedagogues, in their effect on the moral formation of pupils, describes the personality of the pedagogue from the point of view of morality and ethics, not forgetting the ethics of duty and the ethics of virtue . A separate chapter is devoted to moral action, which defines moral integrity, moral reasoning and moral dilemmas, and further discusses the topic of professional ethics in more detail. In the section devoted to ethical codes, it shows significant differences between the concept of ethical codes in...
East and West and Cognition
Koláček, Luboš
of rigorous work Mgr. Luboš Koláček, Ph. D. The work is a specific approximation of the European author to the thought of the West with the East, based on the thinkers he selected on both sides. It presents a reflection of ontological, epistemological, ethical and psychological, sociological and other questions and answers to the problem, indicated by the name itself. It is a kaleidoscopic thinking that, by multiplying the contents in the reflections of the others and the others in the third thinkers, intertwines and unfolds into a huge breadth of ideas. In the work, intentionality is contained in the appropriate network of connections, which represents the West as thinking of explicit meanings and the East as thinking of implicit meanings. The point is to present to the reader not only ready-made statements, but the reader is invited by questions to cooperate in uncovering the unconcealed, i.e. aletheia. It is a hermeneutic method that starts from ready-made answers and only then comes to the questions that are at the same time the background from which the answer arose. It is a special dialogical method that does not want to juxtapose ready-made judgments, but requires the reader to go through this challenge as a co-solver of the question that is to come to the difference between the West and the...
East and West and Cognition
Koláček, Luboš ; Hogenová, Anna (advisor) ; Rybák, David (referee) ; Kalábová, Helena (referee)
The work is a philosophical and necessarily also historical-philosophical comparative analysis of mutually corresponding accents of the issue spanning the period from the 8th century BC to the present, with regard to the "axial period" of cultural "miracle" similarly prosperous cultures and philosophies in the relatively severed countries of East and West. It then deals in more detail with some important and fundamental philosophers and spiritual teachers, related scholars or artists of various disciplines, but also lesser-known personalities, based on general inputs into the deepest depths of thought of these thinkers, all in a relatively intuitive connection, because the scope of work does not allow for a more detailed continuous interpretation of such a wide range of issues. In the end, the author emphasizes, philosophically analyzes and evaluates the most pressing issues of contemporary society. The work should primarily show the Way, not lead, but it is up to the reader / researcher to decide how to approach the text. There is always "some" Enlightenment at the end.
Christian roots of modern pedagogy
Špunda, Pavel ; Bravená, Noemi (advisor) ; Dřímal, Ludvík (referee)
In this dissertation I analyze issues of Christian roots presentation in primary education. I also emphasis deviation from human being understanding - as being physical and spiritual. Actually physical dimension is preferred. I point to often forgotten pedagogical legacy of apostles saint Cyril and Metod, also their bravery related to the confidence in Jesus Christ legacy. Mentioned three church institutions are not mentioned in the education system, instead of Jesuits. In case of Jesuits, there is totally missing positive point of view and information about benefits for actual education model. This benefit I describe also for other two church institutions, piarists and salesians, whose are not implemented in to the logical documents. Also pedagogic legacy of Jan Amos Komensky is not presented as a work focused on both human dimensions and is limited only on practical part of his pedagogical work. That is why I emphasis those diversions and I described benefits of individual personalities and institutions, their sense and focus on human included, and not only his physical part, but also spiritual. In the end of my dissertation I propose way of Christian roots presentation in RVP ZV, I mention didactic tools useful for their learning at all levels and periods in primary education system.
Komensky in the Light of the Life, the Epoch, Chiliasm, and Prophetic Hopes
Gmuzdková, Silvie ; Veverková, Kamila (advisor) ; Lášek, Jan Blahoslav (referee)
Dissonance in the manifestations of Comenius geniality - the creation of the Pansophistic program, faith in the Scriptura sacra, the belief in the prophecy of contemporary visionaries - is only apparent. The light of God's presence at any moment and eschatological expectations brings him to the feeling of necessity to revise human knowledge and start the formation of "Emendative concept". The close connection between Comenius's life deal, rational systems and irrational promotion of contemporary prophecy could be clarified by chiliasm. Faith in the Scriptura sacra played a cardinal role in his gnoseological approach to the World. Interest in didactics, philosophy, mechanics, music and theology intertwined throughout all his life, as the life of the last bishop of the Unity of the Brethren. Comenius as an agitator for "All-Emendative concept", was interesting into interpretation and into improvement the World especially, as the these Komensky in the Light of the Life, the Epoch, Chiliasm, and Prophetic Hopes attempt to show.
Commenius', Locke's and Rousseau's Image of Child
Šístek, Martin ; Pelcová, Naděžda (advisor) ; Krámský, David (referee)
The seeds to the contemporary understanding of a child as a unique human being that deserves the highest degree of protection and care, were planted in the 17th and 18th century. The writings of the philosophers J.A.Comenius, John Locke and J.J. Rousseau have significantly contributed to this modern-era "turn toward the child". Using the background of individual scholars' opinions and ideas, the author is studying or noticing in what each of the thinkers sees the basis of uniqueness and irreplaceability of childhood.

A child and his spirituality for the Framework Educational Program of Preschool Education according to Jan Amos Comenius
Gricyk, Oleg ; Svobodová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Pavlov, Ivan (referee)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the anthropological starting points in the work of Jan Amos Comenius. Based on its starting points this work offers the extension of the Framework Educational Program for Pre-school Education (FEP PE). In the first part of this thesis, there are defined theoretical assumptions that anthropological questions belong to the field of school management. Furthermore, the shortcomings of today's Czech pedagogy regarding the question of who is human are pointed out. The second chapter summarizes Comenius' work, "Great Didactics", and highlights his main emphasis. In the practical part of this work, the content analysis method is used to investigate whether the framework educational program for pre-school education fulfills the school law on the question of spiritual values. It is pointed out that the framework document does not work with spiritual values. As part of the current FEP revision in the last part of the thesis, it is proposed to extend the framework educational program for pre- school education by the sixth educational area called - a child and his spirituality. The following are elaborated in this area: partial educational goals, educational offerings, expected outcomes and risks that can jeopardize the success of the teacher's educational goals. The aim of the...
