Single-family house

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new family house built from large-scale, multi-layered CLT panels, and the preparation of project documentation for the construction phase. The building is situated on a gently sloping site in the village of Račice near Dlouhé (Žďár nad Sázavou district). The concept and design respect the surrounding development and all mandatory municipal documents, particularly the zoning plan. The building consists of a single apartment, which, through its layout and material characteristics, corresponds with current technologies and elements in construction. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a separate WC, a utility room, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bedroom with a separate dressing room leading to a private bathroom. The second floor is designed with two rooms each with its own dressing room, a study, and a shared bathroom. The family house is founded on strip foundations made of plain concrete, with vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing elements made from massive wooden CLT panels. The exterior features include contact insulation using wood fiber insulation with façade plaster or ventilated wooden cladding. Horizontal load-bearing structures, such as the ceiling and flat roof with a waterproof membrane weighted down with washed river gravel, are constructed as ribbed ceilings with a limestone screed. The second floor is roofed with a gabled roof covered with aluminum standing seam panels, designed to accommodate photovoltaic panels and utilize alternative energy sources. The building is designed to have nearly zero energy consumption.

Bachelors thesis „Residential building Brno – Lesná“ is processed in form of project documentation. This thesis investigates the apartment building with four apartments and an underground garage with stacking parking system. The plot is situated near housing estate Lesná, close with Diviš district, which is made up of small family houses. On the plot are situated five dimensionally similar houses, this work deals with one of them in detail. This is a building with two underground floors, two floors above and a residential attic. The underground part in which there is a parking space, use of reinforced concrete structure, above-ground part is made up of a brick wall system. The house is covered with wooden gable roof truss purlin system. The house has two two-room apartments and two maisonettes three-room apartments.

The whole architectural design of this ground-family house with an attic and its integration into the natural terrain creating favourable conditions for architectural effect of the building. The aim of this thesis is a new family house with a design office. The house is located on the outskirts of the city Lany u Litomyšle. It is a detached building with two floors and a partial basement podsklepeným. The building is designed as a brick building where the vertical structure of the structural system POROTHERM and shuttering Gaskets ZB 30th horizontal structures are made of beams POT and inserts MIAKO. The residential part is covered with a pitched roof with gabled dormer and skylight windows. Roof structure to the design office and the garage is single-layer flat roof. Work includes documentation and drawing part that is handled as a detailed documentation.

The thesis is focused on design family house in the village of Velký Ořechov on gently sloping terrain. House has 2 floors and one underground. The construction system of shuttering in the basement and ceramic blocks in the aboveground parts. The roof is gabled with ceramic tile. The floors in the living areas are designed as light floating of gypsum boards. The basis for processing are the knowledges gained over a four-year study at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Brno and study of technical documentation product design systems. The aim of this master´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the bike shop with residential units, which is situated on the edge of the village Drnovice on parcel No. 1398/2 and 1398/22. The building is located and designed in accordance with applicable spatial planning and regulatory conditions. The proposed building fits into the overall concept of the surrounding buildings in the locality. The proposed house is a detached house with a basement floor and two above-ground floors and a built-in attic in double-pitched and pent roof. In the basement floor there is a storage area and separate garages for parking cars owners of residential units. On the first above-ground floor is bike shop BIKEZONE.CZ. Then there is the barrier-free apartment for people with reduced mobility. In the second and third above-ground floor there are apartments designed for permanent housing.

The main purpose of my thesis is to design detached family house and make the project documentation for implementation of its construction. This house should be able to accommodate family composed by 4-5 members. It is situated on the outskirts of the Karolinka town, district Vsetín. The house has two above ground floors and one underground floor. The second above ground floor is referred to as an attic room. It also has a basement all over its scale. The construction system of the house is a transverse, building itself is masonry and its roof is gabled made from wooden roof trusses. The family house includes a detached garage designed for two cars of 1a group.
