Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace cykloprodejny s bytovými jednotkami, která je situovaná na okraj obce Drnovice na parcelách č. 1398/2 a 1398/22. Objekt je umístěn a projektován v souladu s platným územním plánem a jeho regulačními podmínkami. Navrhovaný objekt zapadá do celkové koncepce okolní zástavby v dané lokalitě. Navrhovaný objekt je samostatně stojící podsklepený dům se dvěma nadzemními podlažími a vestavěným podkrovím v sedlové a pultové střeše. V suterénním podlaží se nachází skladovací zóna a samostatné garáže pro parkování osobních automobilů majitelů bytových jednotek. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází cykloprodejna BIKEZONE.CZ. Dále je tu umístěn bezbariérový byt pro osoby se sníženou schopností pohybu a orientace. Ve druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy byty pro trvalé bydlení. The aim of this master´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the bike shop with residential units, which is situated on the edge of the village Drnovice on parcel No. 1398/2 and 1398/22. The building is located and designed in accordance with applicable spatial planning and regulatory conditions. The proposed building fits into the overall concept of the surrounding buildings in the locality. The proposed house is a detached house with a basement floor and two above-ground floors and a built-in attic in double-pitched and pent roof. In the basement floor there is a storage area and separate garages for parking cars owners of residential units. On the first above-ground floor is bike shop BIKEZONE.CZ. Then there is the barrier-free apartment for people with reduced mobility. In the second and third above-ground floor there are apartments designed for permanent housing.
