Possibilities and current condition of implementation of social work to schools in the Czech repulblic

This thesis deals with the issue of social work in education - in institutions of secondary education in the Czech Republic, i.e. at the second level of primary schools and secondary schools. The position of the social worker, which is not firmly anchored within the school education system of the Czech Republic. This thesis is divided into two parts. the aim of the thesis is to contribute to the topic of the introduction of the social worker in schools in the Czech Republic. The aim of the research is then to identify the shape of the current situation through selected settings and to identify the possibilities of introducing the social worker in schools. As a topic for further research, I would recommend the development of a methodology for social work in schools in the Czech environment.

Appreciation of an investment in housing

The bachelor thesis deals with the economic evaluation of an investment in housing. The thesis describes the technical condition of the property and the proposal for its subsequent reconstruction for the purpose of rental housing. Furthermore, the market value of the property before and after reconstruction is determined using the comparative method. In the next step, the reconstruction costs and the possibility of drawing on the NZU's energy-saving housing subsidy were determined. The economic evaluation is then carried out for two baseline situations in two variants. The first situation is from the point of view of an investor who wants to invest his funds in a property. The second situation is from the perspective of the person who has inherited the property. These situations are then assessed in the variant of immediate sale after renovation, where it is examined whether the increase in the market value of the property caused by the renovation exceeded the costs incurred. The second option considered is a long-term lease with subsequent sale of the property, where the net present value (NPV) is the evaluation factor.

The first part describes the theoretical backround. Analytical part deals with the current state of the company, which is determined by strategic and financial analysis. The last, proposal part of the thesis deals with the selection of the most suitable offer for financing.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the financing of development projects. The introductory part describes the theoretical background, basic concepts associated with development activity, and methods for the economic evaluation of projects. Furthermore, the thesis describes various methods and sources of financing for these projects. It also includes an analysis of the current state of the real estate market. In the final part, a financing proposal for a specific development project is developed and an analysis of the outcomes of two possible sales scenarios is conducted.

The topic of this work is improving the performance of the company "Notino s.r.o." based on financial analysis of data for the accounting period 2018-2022. The first part of the thesis is theoretical, it presents evaluation methods. The second part of the work is analytical. In this part, data is analyzed and based on it, conclusions are drawn about the current state of the company and its trends. The last part contains recommendations for more effective financial management based on the analysis from the previous part, which should improve the overall financial situation.

The bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of financing development projects. The first part of this thesis defines the basic concepts necessary for understanding the general issues of project financing. Furthermore, an analysis of the current state of the real estate market is conducted. The key part of this thesis is the design section, where all the knowledge gained during the writing of this thesis is applied to a specific model development project.

The non-profit sector and sustainable development

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the non-profit sector and sustainability. The main goal is to assess the financial viability of the Partnership Foundation and propose recommendations for improving management efficiency. The thesis describes the basic concepts of the non-profit sector and sustainability. Possible ways of financing non-profit organizations are listed here. These findings are subsequently applied to the Partnership Foundation. This foundation is established to help care for the environment through grants. In the thesis an analysis of financial management is carried out using ratio indicators and these indicators are summarized by the selected KAMF model. Finally, in the practical part, issues related to caring for the environment are approached through the Open Garden project of the Partnership Foundation. The work is used to implement possible changes in management and to submit certain proposals on how, through the Partnership foundation, to make society more aware that we only have one planet and it needs to be taken care of.

Development of transportation infrastructure within the Central Bohemian cooperation region

The thesis focuses on the development of transportation infrastructure in the Cen-tral Bohemia region. It analyzes the current infrastructure development with an em-phasis on financing and examines planned projects in this region. The thesis presents theoretical foundations and approaches to the development of transportation infra-structure, particularly the financing of selected projects. In the analytical section, theo-retical foundations are applied in the analysis of selected projects. The aim of the the-sis is to formulate recommendations for the development of transportation infrastruc-ture in the given region, to identify optimal financial strategies.
