Activation of sponsoring in softball club in Prague

Title: Activation of sponsorship in softball club in Prague Objectives: The aim of this work is to activate sponsorship in a softball club in Prague by creating four personalised sponsoring offers for the preselected companies. These offers will be created based on analysis of current state of the club sponsorship and possible benefits the club could offer. Methods: The paper will use qualitative research methods. Firstly, the paper will be focused on analysis of the current state of sponsorship in the club using a qualitative interview with the general manager of the club and short interviews with the current sponsoring companies about their satisfaction. Afterwards, a list of possible benefits for the sponsors will be provided using data from an interview with a sponsoring specialist and the interviews with sponsors. Based on the list and the information collected during the interviews the personalised sponsorship offers will be designed. Results: Results from the executed research and the analysis of current state of the sponsorship in the club provided starting points for the creation of personalised sponsorship activation offers for chosen companies. Circumstances for drop out of youth in chosen ice hockey club

Title: Circumstances for drop out of youth in chosen ice hockey club Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to find out the main reasons that led to the players leaving the selected hockey club. The case study focuses on all players aged 15 to 20 who have left the club in the last five years. Methods: A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used in this work. Specifically, electronic questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Individual questions were developed based on existing studies that address this issue as well as the supervisor's expert advice. Results: The main reason for players leaving the club was insufficient technical facilities. The least important reasons were serious injuries, which prevented the continuation of sports activities and interest in other sports. Of the ten most important reasons, six are intrapersonal, two interpersonal and two structural. Financial support of sport in the town Louny

Title: Financial support of sport by the town of Louny Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the financing and organization of sport in Louny, with greater emphasis on the financing of sport by the town of Louny. Another object is to find out, what the leaders of sports organizations in the town think about the financial support by the town of Louny. Methods: In this thesis a method of descriptive analysis and interview was used. Descriptive analysis was applied to evaluate the internal materials of the Municipal Office Louny. Information in these materials was supplemented by informal interviews with staff of the Municipal Office Louny. Structured interviews were conducted with the representatives of sports organizations in Louny in order to assess the financial support of sport by the town of Louny. Results: The thesis describes the organization of sport in the frame of the Municipal Office Louny, the methodology of allocating of financial support for sport and it displays specific sums of money intended for sport in Louny. I found out, that financial support for sport in Louny has decreased in the last two years. According to interviews we can evaluate the described situation positively. The objective of this thesis is delineating the overview about the system of support the sport in the Czech Republic, specifically the financing of sport from public budgets. The thesis deals with settings of grand programs, who mades and authorizes programs, who determines about the financial amount which are invested to individual programs. This thesis shows how backward control of paid grants is made or creation of sports conpcets. The output of the practical part are answers these questions at Kladno city and The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part emphasizes on irreplaceability of movement and sport for the society and also is generally devoted to the formation of public policy and theirs actors and emplacement sport support in the Czech legal order.
Comparison of sports financing systems in selected European countries

Objectives: The main aim of this work is to evaluate the current system of sports financing from public sources in the Czech Republic. Based on this analysis, analysis of sports funding system from public budgets in selected EU countries try to create a new system of financing sport that is stable, systematic, transparent, efficient, and sustainable development. Methods: The work used the method of analysis and comparative. Analysis method was applied when examining the current financing system in the Czech Republic and in selected foreign countries. The method of comparison was then used to compare the information gathered from various funding schemes. Results: The results suggest that the sports sector in the Czech Republic is deeply underfunded, despite what economic and social benefits of each sport brings. In order to improve the current system are proposed partial measures, aimed at long-term support for the concept of the sport in the country. Partial proposals based on an analysis of the financing of sport in the Czech Republic and the subsequent comparison with selected systems in selected EU countries. Public support and financing of football

This bachelor thesis describes how the Czech football clubs generally function and how are they financed. The focus here is on the club FC Viktoria Plzeň, additionally there is comparison with other comparable clubs. To fulfill the goals set I use the methods of financial analysis. Based on the findings it is apparent that the financial situation of the top Czech football clubs is not positive at all.
Comparison and changes in the structure and funding of sporting activities from public resources in the Czech Republic in the period 2005-2014

Thesis is focused on the analysis of the financing of sport in the Czech Republic from public resources in the period between 2005-2014. It describes the legislative changes that have influenced the sport financing options specifically emphasis is on the amendment to Act no. 202/1990., On lotteries and other similar games. Expenditures of the state budget, lottery companies and government spending on sport and physical education are analyzed individually as well in the context of the change in legislation. Municipal budgets are the most important of public resources. Selected sample is subjected to detailed analysis, examines the total expenditure on sport in absolute terms, as well as their share on total expenditure. With regard to the hypothesis of the work ratio of spending on sport on income from gambling and lotteries is important. In the period 2005-2014 for the sample of municipalities was found that in 88.2 % of them, where income from gambling existed before r. 2012, after the amendment of the law reduced the ratio between income from gambling and providing support to the sport. Therefore there is no redistribution of income in favor of sport and physical education. Thesis presents actual insight into funding of sport in the context of legislation changes and its implications.
The financial and accounting specifications of non-profit organizations under specific conditions of sports clubs

This thesis deals with problems of non-profit organizations of sport having a form of civil associations. The thesis outlines a support of sport in the acquis communautaire and legislation of the Czech Republic and predicates possibilities of the financial sources of the civil associations applied in the sport. At the conclusion, the thesis is given to an accounting and tax specifications of sports clubs.

The thesis deal with economic analysis of sports facility, that operates multifunction sports facility whose business is operating cableways and ski lift, sports facility and sports facility for recondition and regeneration. The thesis should give a general view of operating this kind of facility. It should introduce marketing mix of this company and through the use of financial analysis make a review of a management of this company.
