In the analytical part the company is examined in more detail in five areas - company analysis, human resource management, services marketing, financial analysis and plan and risk analysis. In the proposal part measures are recommended to improve internal operations of the company, strengthen its competitive advantages and enhance its financial stability.

The theme of my Bachelor Thesis called “Proposal of New Marketing Plan” is the analysis of current condition of marketing plan in wedding studio Mia Design and proposal of changes at its enhancement. The first chapter deals with company analysis. There are methods which are used for Marketing Investigation. Second chapter aims at describing the company and individual features of marketing mix. It also evaluates the insufficiency in the current marketing mix. Last chapter is concentrates on the proposal of changes at current marketing mix enhancement and also to contributions and costs of the proposed solution.
