The diploma thesis is focused on the development of a small plumbing company. The theoretical part deals with a business plan and its components. In the analytical part the company is examined in more detail in five areas - company analysis, human resource management, services marketing, financial analysis and plan and risk analysis. In the proposal part measures are recommended to improve internal operations of the company, strengthen its competitive advantages and enhance its financial stability.

The theme of my Bachelor Thesis called “Proposal of New Marketing Plan” is the analysis of current condition of marketing plan in wedding studio Mia Design and proposal of changes at its enhancement. The first chapter deals with company analysis. There are methods which are used for Marketing Investigation. Second chapter aims at describing the company and individual features of marketing mix. It also evaluates the insufficiency in the current marketing mix. Last chapter is concentrates on the proposal of changes at current marketing mix enhancement and also to contributions and costs of the proposed solution.

This Diploma Thesis deals with an analysis of the company made by selected methods. External environment of the company is analysed using PESTLE analysis and Porter’s five-factor model. The internal environment is analysed by means of Kralicek Quick test and Fundamental analysis. SWOT analysis represents opportunities and threats of the external environment with the strengths and weaknesses of the company. The proposal of betterment of the company’s economic management is designed on the basis of the SWOT matrix.

The content of the work is, in addition to the above, the analysis of the company in terms of external and internal environment, a description of the information systems used and their audit.

The main objective of this master‘s thesis is marketing strategy suggestion in a professional ice hockey club HC Oceláři Třinec. I have defined a few partial objectives before assessment of the main intention. The first part offers description of company makroenvironment analysis and sectoral analysis. There is marketing mix analysis to detect current marketing management situation of the company. Also, this master‘s thesis includes the marketing research. Based on all acquire data, there will be provided some suggestions and recommendations leading to marketing improvements and management optimization.
