RPA Project Management

The work is focused on the research of the effectiveness of robotic process automation in companies. It examines not only its benefits and economic impact, but also the integration of this software robot into the company. How such a robot is accepted among employees and whether companies are subsequently satisfied with its help. Three interviews were conducted with companies that have experience with RPA. Their knowledge and experience subsequently helped to solve the goal of this work.
Concept of E-learning Platform Implementation by Applying Agile Methods of Project Management

The diploma thesis main objective is to create a process draft of establishment of an elearning platform for a rapidly growing start-up company while using agile project management methods. The introductory, theoretical part presents theoretical background of the researched matters. The analytical part firstly introduces the company and its products and afterwards it provides a thorough analysis of internal employee´s education processes. Following all knowledge acquired in the theoretical and analytical part, the practical part finally outlines the particular draft of educational platform development project.
Project Proposal of the Resume Management Software

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a software project plan in the company MoroSystems, which will help the HR team to improve working with CVs. The work is divided into three parts The first theoretical part deals with the theoretical basis related to the matter of agile project management and introduces products from the company Atlassian for effective management. The second part analyzes the current state of MoroSystems, including its own research to determine the level of implementation of agile practices in the company. The third part deals with the design of a project plan for software development, including work breakdown structure, work estimates and finding the necessary allocations for the implementation of the project using products from Atlassian.

This thesis is focused on design and implementation of partial part of the information system in cooperation with the integration of a new agile project management. Partial part of the information system is a web shop for company providing IPTV. This web shop will be implemented in PHP language and Nette framework. The new project management, which will be continously integrated, is agile SCRUM methodology.

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá porovnaním metodiky použitej na projekte vývoja software a metodiky SCRUM. V rámci práce sú zmapované všetky role, udalosti a artefakty projektu u ktorých sú následne identifikované ich odlišnosti od definície metodiky SCRUM. Práca ďalej obsahuje návrh toho, čo je potrebné upraviť, alebo zmeniť, aby sa dosiahla správna aplikácia metodiky SCRUM a tým pádom aj optimalizácia vývojového procesu.
Information System Assessment and Proposal of ICT Modification

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the information system assessment of a chosen company and its processes in the logistics department. Based on theoretical knowledge, the analysis is processed, from which the results are derived. Negative ones will serve us as a basis for change proposals and on the contrary, positive ones will serve us as the examples. Higher process efficiency and risk elimination are leading us towards an improvement of the current status, thus achieving a higher economic value of the company.

Potreba dodania hodnoty uživatelom každodočne rastie na kompetitívnom trhu IT. Agilita a DevOps sa stávajú kritickými aspektami pre vývoj software, vyhľadávajúci nástroje ktoré podporujú agilnú kultúru. Softwarové projekty v agilnej kultúre majú častú tendenciu zaoberať sa stratégiami nasadenia ktoré redukujú risk nasadenia nových zmien do existujúceho systému. A však, prostredia určené pre vývoj a testovanie sa takmer vždy odlišujú od produkčných. Využitie primeranej stratégie nasadenie ako canary zlepšuje celkovú stabilitu systému testovaním nových zmien na malej vzorke produkčnej prevádzky. Bolo vykonaných niekoľko experimentov pre dôkaz, že stratégia canary môže pozitívne ovplyvniť stabilitu nasadení a redukovať risk ktorý prinášajú nové zmeny.
Methodology and Software Support for Risk Management in Projects

This master's thesis deals with the area of risk management in project management. The aim is to create a complex risk management methodology and a functional prototype of the system that complements and supports it. The methodology is based on the fundamental principles of these areas and the analysis of currently used project and risk management approaches in practice. Selected were PRINCE2, Agile Approach and ITIL. The advantages of the methodology are its complexity, no bound to any standard but based on methodology's positive  features. Based on the methodology, a web application for management and visualization of projects and risks has been developed and supports work with it.
