Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovým řízením ve zvolené společnosti působící v oboru informačních technologií. Analýza zkoumá současný stav projektového řízení a nástrojů využívaných pro jeho podporu a další skutečnosti, které by mohly mít vliv na následný výběr nového vhodného přístupu k řízení projektů a podpůrných nástrojů. The bachelor thesis focuses on project management of selected company operating in the field of information technology. The analysis is researching the current state of the project management and tools that are being used for its support and also other circumstances that could have an impact on the subsequent choice of a new suitable approach to the project management and supportive tools.
