3D data
Klusáček, Jan ; Janáková, Ilona (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to design methods for acquisition of three dimensional model of object using illumination by laser streak which is read by camera. The first part describes theoretical principle and points out some problems which are linked to this method. Followed by description of interfaces which can be used for acquisition of image from camera. Next part is focused on more detailed description of DirectShow interface which is used in this thesis. Description of concrete methods designated for processing acquired image, calibration and composition of three dimensional model are also topics of this work. The Last part describes device which was created to verificate and automatize designed methods.
Structural analysis of part of electrical machine
Fodor, Viktor ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This thesis discusses the optical diagnostics of electrical motor parts using a 3D scanner. It describes the construction of electrical induction motors, their heat losses, cooling and refrigeration systems that may be used by such motors. It approaches the possibilities of heat recording and briefly explains the 3D scanner’s principal. It also introduces the simulation program ANSYS which uses the finite element method. This thesis shows the post processing of the digitalized object and the simulations and compares the simulation and measurement results. The final part is devoted to the analysis of the obtained results.
Optical Proximity Sensor with Time-of-Flight Measuring Principle
Mlatecová, Hana ; Kopečný, Lukáš (referee) ; Žalud, Luděk (advisor)
3D optical proximity scanner is described in this thesis. The sensor is marked as 03D201 and is made by Ifm electronic, GmbH company. The text also describes the basic characteristics, measuring principle, PC connection method and communication. A program for communication between PC and sensor was created and named O3D_Application. This program provides functions for real-time data transfer and visualization. Measured data can be saved easily by this program. The thesis also contains an analysis of measured data and parasitic parameters of the sensor.
Design of adaptive mirror for high power laser applications
Kroutil, Tomáš ; Zatočilová, Aneta (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with design and production of the prototype of adaptive mirror for high power lasers. Deformation of mirror is possible by a set of tensile elements and air pressure. The deformation of reflective surface is in tenths of millimeters. The research part is devoted to laser technology with adaptive optics. The design part contains several design variants and optimal solution, which was chosen for realization. Real deformation of reflective surface was evaluated by 3D scanner.
Three-dimensional scanning systems
Weidner, Lukáš ; Koutecký, Tomáš (referee) ; Zatočilová, Aneta (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with optical and laser systems which are used in industrial practice. The aim is to give an overview of current systems for 3D digitizing with a focus on laser and optical scanners. This thesis Contains basic division of 3D scanners and overview of methods capturing the third dimension and their characteristics. Furthermore, the work deals with specific optical and laser 3D scanners while providing their description and basic specifications. Finally, the thesis focuses on Areas of application of 3D scanners.
Environment mapping
Mohorko, Martin ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bilík, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the description of possible ways of mapping the unknown environment, which could be in this case both environments - aerial and terrestrial. It is focused on mapping by radars and 3D scanners, through their history, distribution, scanning methods, methods of displaying data or description of output data to their practical application. Furthermore based on selected criteria, methods were compared and it was explained why and which method is preferable than the other one. There is also in this work mention of other methods used for environment mapping of today and their use and potential for several future applications. In the conclusion was outlined the possible use concept on the radar locating system in connection with the 3D scanner.
Creating a Simplified CAD Model of the Engine Using Reverse Engineering Method
Koten, Stanislav ; Svída, David (referee) ; Beran, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a simplified CAD model of the engine using 3D digitizing for installation in the car with a tubular frame. The first part describes the issue of reverse engineering, the second part is devoted to the description and function of the optical measuring system GOM ATOS company and the final section describes the scanning geometry of the engine, after-treatment of polygonal mesh and creating a custom 3D model using Autodesk Inventor 2013.
Determination of measurement deviations of 3D optical scanner
Dokoupil, Filip ; Ficza, Ildikó (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to determine measurement deviations of the optical system ATOS Triple Scan, when the chalk and titanium coating is applied, by statistical data analysis. In the theoretical part, a short introduction to 3D reconstruction of real objects, distribution of structured light systems according to the pattern structure and existing knowledge about the scanning system accuracy is given. The practical part is based on the experimental measurement the calibration elements with specific chalk and titanium coating. As the result, the measurement uncertainty and the coating thickness is determined.
