Qohelet's Soliloquy and its Peculiarities

This diploma thesis called Qohelet's Soliloquy and its Peculiarities goes through the era of Qohelet 's origin, it describes the title of the book and resumes some of the results of biblical scholarship concerning, authorship, background and structure of this book. The thesis reconstruct the way of this book into the Old Testament scriptures. It presents it as a result of this book being used and fast placed in Jewish schools rather than a result of divine inspiration. It describes the author of this book as a Jewish man, experienced in Greek literature and trying to critically evaluate his own Jewish traditions. The book searches a Jewish answer to contemporary Greek philosophical questioning about the right way of living. The conclusion of the narrator's unceasing inquiry is rather a disappointing one, he finds out nothing but vapour, chasing the wind, wasting of both time and energy as a result of human (his own) activities. That is bitter but inevitable knowledge, since it is an innate human desire to grasp things which are out of his reach. The most important parts of the text and quotations are considered both in their original Hebrew sounding and the reputable ancient translations: the Greek Septuagint and Latin Vulgate. Jan Pfeiffer 2023 Abstract The subject of this work is black, or the designation for color. But it is also an artistic concept and means of expression. The subject of my interest are selected cases of the black phenomenon in visual arts, culture, and their possibilities in education. I understand black as a phenomenon that I explore through my own creative work. In the course of it, I ask myself questions, such as: what stimuli, for example, black gives us and how it is connected with our socio-cultural background and its perception. I also ask contemporary artists working consciously or unconsciously with black, what black enables them in their work, and how it supports them, whether it is crucial for them. Architecture in Landscape – Winery

Urbanist concept in the cadastral area of Strachotín village is based on spiral inspirations. The village is located on the banks of Novomlýnské nádrže and offers a wonderful view of Pálava. Therefore, for me, the most powerful motif has become the nature, which is cyclical, but does not repulse. The spiral has been applied to the driveway to a selected location offering the best view and communicating with the village. The function of the winery was supplemented by a small recreational riding complex. The functional solution offers the possibility of visiting, family recreation or organizing corporate events and presentations. When embedding functions, it was considered the most convenient mode of transport that would capture that function. This was further refined by the creation of public spaces that link to the various sites and the whole area. The actual mass solution of objects is inspired by Pálava itself, which is hard but delicate. For my most important objects, it "crystallized" and encouraged them to cover the greenery with the least important visitor.

Bioinformatics of human genome

Bachelor thesis deals with DNA segments containing only adenine and guanine. The theoretical part describes the structure and composition of deoxyribonucleic acid, chromosomes and genes. There are basic informations about chimpanzees and the human genome and conformations of the chains containing adenine with guanine. The practical part consists of a program that searches for the required sections in sequence, it displays and saves it. The thesis includes analysis of genes which are common for humans and chimpanzees, which were analyzed to determine randomness, functionality a preserving of these sections.

Tato práce, která byla psána na Strojní fakultě Vysokého učení technického v Brně, Ústav automatizace a informatiky, se zabývá problémem komunikace mezi lidmi a roboty z netradičního hlediska. Snahou bylo vyhodnotit a rozdělila způsoby této komunikace, najít problémy, které se této oblasti týkají a na jejich základě analyzovat jejich možná řešení. Cílem bylo poukázat na některá reálná řešení zmíněných problémů.
