Teacher's evaluation as a manager skill

An Abstract: Evaluation is a crucial part of every human activity and every qualified school teacher knows that it is not possible to do the work without evaluating activities. That's why the teacher's evaluation becomes a necessary, meaningful and obvious part of the educational process. It belongs to the most difficult teaching activities. The target of my bachelor's work is to find out teachers' attitudes and practical experiences with evaluation. In a detailed analysis I tried to show the extensive and wide range that the ability contents. The meaning of my work is to describe and analyse all the evaluating activities on the basis of a qualitative research using a method of an interview. I tried to find out in which different professional contents nursery school teachers and manager school teachers do their evaluating activities. The work is divided in a theoretical and a practical part. The fisrt part is a summary of evaluation theoretical knowledge based on a study of technical literature. In the bachelor's work there are described processes of teacher's evaluating activities. In the practical part there are mentioned the results of the research which was carried out by a method of an interview with three nursery school and basic school teachers. Teacher's planning as a managing skill

The Bachelor thesis concentrates on planning as one of the managing skills. The aim is to find out, in which professional situations, teachers of nursery and primary schools use planning, moreover, the usual subject of their planning and types of plans employed. The theoretical part clarifies and summarizes terms and theoretical findings, on the basis of available bibliography, connected to planning in general, as well as planning of a teacher during a lesson management. The practical part is the result of a qualitative research which was executed by the method of an interview, two teachers from a nursery school and three teachers of a primary school were interviewed. On the basis of these data, the list of all the activities of a teacher related to planning during a lesson was compiled. Their analysis led to define those that can be considered as managing skills.

Modern school management with ICT support

Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak využít ICT pro řízení ve školství. Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zmapovat současný přístup managementu základních škol k problematice ICT v řízení školy. V práci jsou vymezeny pojmy management a ICT, stejně tak shromážděna východiska tématu z aktuálních výzkumů, zpráv, nástrojů a strategie vzdělávání ČR. Výsledky pedagogického výzkumu mezi řediteli základních škol jsou v závěru konfrontovány s publikovanými výzkumy a závěry. To monitor current attitude of basic school management to the topic ICT in school management, due to half- structured interviews with principal. In this work are defined notions: management and ICT, as collected terminus a quo of the topic: current researches, informations, tools and strategy of education Czech Republic. Results of the pedagogical research among principals of the elementary school are compared with published researches and conclusions in the end of the work. This bachelor's thesis deals with possible usage of cloud computing phenomena in the field of secondary grammar school management. Based on the comparison of national and international resources the thesis presents current progress in technologies and selected tools in the cloud computing and possible usage in the field of school management. The thesis also includes a research that shows the current knowledge of cloud solutions in the field of educational management and the evaluation of the current status of the use of cloud solutions in secondary grammar schools.
