Abstract: Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak využít ICT pro řízení ve školství. Pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zmapovat současný přístup managementu základních škol k problematice ICT v řízení školy. V práci jsou vymezeny pojmy management a ICT, stejně tak shromážděna východiska tématu z aktuálních výzkumů, zpráv, nástrojů a strategie vzdělávání ČR. Výsledky pedagogického výzkumu mezi řediteli základních škol jsou v závěru konfrontovány s publikovanými výzkumy a závěry. To monitor current attitude of basic school management to the topic ICT in school management, due to half- structured interviews with principal. In this work are defined notions: management and ICT, as collected terminus a quo of the topic: current researches, informations, tools and strategy of education Czech Republic. Results of the pedagogical research among principals of the elementary school are compared with published researches and conclusions in the end of the work.
