EVVO model of competence for a preschool coordinator

The thesis is focused on an issue of a competence model and its application within skills development of Environmental Education, Learning and Awareness Rising Coordinators (EVVO Coordinators) at kindergartens. The object of the thesis is to develop a competence model for an EVVO Coordinator at a kindergarten. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with roles that an EVVO Coordinator holds at a kindergarten. It defines the concept of a competence and identification and potential classification of competences. Moreover, the theoretical part describes individual phases of developing the competence model. The practical part of the thesis concerns with the development of the competence model for an EVVO Coordinator at a kindergarten. By means of structured questionnaire a comparison of the most common competencies of EVVO Coordinators and principals is drawn. Furthermore, a concept of additional competences is drafted. Finally, the practical part focuses on current extent of competences and application of the EVVO Coordinator's competence model at a kindergarten. Retraining in the Czech Republic and its problems

This work deals with several views on the operation of retraining in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is not only to describe the strengths and weaknesses in the functioning of retraining in the Czech Republic, as well as outline opportunities for further development of this sector. The starting point is the development of competencies, because the development of professional competencies and skills upgrading, which is in the performance of specific work indispensable, is the subject of retraining courses. The work describes in detail the institutional support accreditation process, the implementation of retraining courses, monitoring compliance with the quality of courses and associated problems. The research work includes studying the results of investigations carried out provided courses in further education in 2009 and their comparison with data obtained from investigations of previous years. This work offers a number of proposals to improve the quality of the retraining, which should be made to the system concept of retraining so that graduates of retraining courses have the widest possible employable in the labor market, reduce unemployment and to mitigate the impact of the economic crisis on human society.
Competence concept development in lifelong learning perspective

Currently, we are living in a time period that is full of changes in regards to our educational needs. These changes have caused increased societal demands on individuals, yet they hold out the possibility of success through continual learning and development. Globalization, the transition from an industrial economy to a knowledge economy, the exponential growth of information technology to bring together different social groups across society, and other factors are behind the important changes happening in our contemporary society. In so called knowledge society it is important to put individual at the center of the lifelong learning process and meet the individuals' need for further education in relation to individual demand. All this does not only put pressure on the education system but also on society and the business world. Business must create conditions and frameworks to accommodate their employees' 'growing skills and competence, and they must exploit the potential their employees bring with them. All this is reason why we don't talk about lifelong education but about lifelong learning. Coaching in the area of companies

This thesis describes learning and development of employees, defines the method of coaching, describes its necessary components - asking questions, goal setting, reality, options, choice of one possibility, action plan, feedback. This thesis refers to relevant informations from technical bibliography. Thesis shows differences between coaching and other methods: mentoring, therapy and counselling. This work describes several approaches in coaching, for example coaching which cames from sport environment or coaching which is inspired by psychological approaches. Thesis allso describes two approaches, compares its consistent parts and utilization in the area of companies. Last chapter speaks about using coaching as method of development and approach to leading employees in the area of companies. Key words: coaching, development of employees

Tyto požadavky jsou prezentovány v podobě klíčových kompetencí, kterými rozumíme soubor znalostí a dovedností potřebných k úspěšnému fungování v naší společnosti. Pro společnost dvacátého prvního století jsou nejcennějšími aktivy znalosti, informace a schopnost efektivního nakládání s informacemi.
Acquiring and developing of managerial competencies

My dissertation addresses the need for education management, as well as the need for developing management competencies. The aim of this dissertation is to find out what attitudes individual authors have towards management competencies. These are being increasingly used in the field of human resource management, namely in the competency-based management. This competency model of HR is discussed here. At the same time, I consider whether it brings any contribution to work experience. I also mention the issue of ethics in management which I regard as one of the most important management competencies. Other areas are creativity and problem solving. Every manager is required to pay special attention to them, especially in these difficult times. Moreover, I try to draw attention to the necessity of systematic approach to in-company education and organization development.
Efficiency work team bottom to getting and development of competences

This bachelor work pursues attention to the employee-competence and to their development on the background of teamwork. You can find here some terms, which usually stay out of discussion, but there is no substitution for them in teamwork, for example synergic effect, trust and coherence. This work defines the term competence and thinks about its acquaintance among the people. Quite a lot of time was dedicated to the theme of influence of the competences on the organization, mostly by putting in corporate processes leading to the CBM. The next important theme is management based on competence from the point of view of strategic and human source preparation of the organization. Last but not least the development of team competences and the important elements for their realization are discussed. The entire result of this bachelor work is an advance to the modem character of business, which is in relation with the development of individuals and teams in corporations. There is an effort to utilize the most modem methods of management, that require employees, who are not only goog professional prepared and able to learn new knowledges and skills, essential for their specialization, but employees with requested personal features, too. 6
Analysis of effective implementations of e-learning into employee training in small and medium enterprises

The presented dissertation thesis deals with the topic of e-learning, specifically aiming at employee training in small and medium sized enterprises as seen from the andragogical point of view. Its main focus is to identify the factors influencing the effectiveness of e-learning meant for employees in small and medium sized enterprises and then to formulate recommendations how to make e-learning an effective to01 in adu1t education. The theoretical part focuses on defining some basic terms relating to the relevant problems. Terms as e-learning, its forms, advantages and disadvantages are defined here. Special attention is paid to the theoretical background of e-learning and here the term of e-1earning effectiveness is clarified as well. The theoretical part also contains definitions of such terms as small and medium sized enterprises, the characteristics of the existing situation and the attitude of small and medium sized enterprises to employee training and the description of how the method of e-learning is applied in small and medium-sized enterprises. Management of the global company and its influence on human resources

The presented rigorous work especially stems from the theory of knowledge society, knowledge company, and human capital. These phenomena are documented on the automotive industry world-wide, belonging to the major representatives of the globalization trends which invoke the large changes. This rigorous work documents the significancy of the company's strategy, and also documents its components and influence on enterprising, using the Japanese multinational Asahi Glass Company as an example and accentuating the human capital. This work attends closely to the problems of human resources management within the company, that acually become an integral portion of the global processes and are influenced by most of changes coming due to changes invoked by globalization. Especially some supporting elements - remuneration of employees, evaluation of employees, qualification growth, but also the employees' satisfaction and social programs - are accentuated.
