The view of educationalists and the class collective on the inclusive education of pupils a rare neuromuscular disease

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of inclusive education of pupils with a rare neuromuscular disease. It focuses primarily on students with spinal muscular atrophy and Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The importance of multi-disciplinary cooperation and communication between school and family is underlined here. The purpose is to map the specifics and the problematic situation in the inclusion of pupils with ND in primary schools and to analyze the conditions of inclusion of pupils with ND in the class group, the limits of this inclusion and above all possible pitfalls. All this from the teachers' point of view. During the research, a questionnaire survey was conducted by teachers and teacher assistants who work directly with students. Specific areas that were commented on in the subsequent discussion. It was primarily about the barrier nature of the school building, classrooms, insufficient communication, working with one's own emotions and difficulties or limitations resulting from other limits of the health status of students with ND

Title of disertation work: Motor skills of preschool-age children Author: Zuzana Palounková Department: Special Education Department Supervisor: doc. PhDr. Bohumil Stejskal, CSc. ABSTRACT This dissertation deals with the issues in motor skills in pre-school children. The first part of the dissertation introduces basic theoretical background in relation to motion, refers to developmental stages and principles in motor development, and deals with the functioning of the motor system. Motor ability and skills are defined as basic preconditions for successful motor performance. The issues related to the developmental disorders in coordination (dyspraxia) are also discussed. The second part of the dissertation introduces the actual research aimed at detecting motor weakening, especially in the area of coordination ability, in pre-school children. Therefore, a diagnostic screening tool was made in order to map the state of coordination abilities in pre-school children. The screening test helps to detect deficits in motor skills at an early stage.
The Conception of the Ideal Woman and Manl in Czech Society.

As a topic of my diploma work I decided to make a research of today's student' s attitudes to their approach of ideal male/female. I want them to describe their personal imaginery partner and than to write their opinion about social imaginery male/female and if they think there's any. I wanted to confront studenťs opinions with the imaginery people presented by medias and what they think about this medial prototypes. I wanted to confront attitudes of students of humane and non-humane faculties as well. The research took part in Prague during autumn 2005. There was 100 participants in my research, all of them were students of various universities in Prague, in age from 19 to 36 years. As a representatives of humane branch there are students of Hussite Theological Faculty (HTF) and Philosophical Faculty (FF) of Charles University in Prague. The non-humane branch is represented by Agricultural University (ČZU) and by Faculty of Engineering of Czech Technical Unversity (ČVUT).
Social aspects of ageing regarding homeless people in connection with systemic measures taken in the city of Prague

Homelessness is a socio-pathological phenomenon, caused by the inability of an individual to deal with crisis situations and leading to the lost of relationships but also the material environment. As a result of the above, the social exclusion of the individuals gradually becomes unchangeable. Here, Pěnkava (2013) describes the vertical decline within the social stratification, which brings a deep frustration and in a number of cases leads to resignation on the efforts to deal efficiently with the unfavorable situation. The causes of such collapse are multifactorial and hence, in order to solve them there is cooperation on the level of multidisciplinary teams needed. However, numerous issues are currently being solved by social workers only, who in many cases are forced to replace experts in fields such as law, psychology, pedagogy of leisure time, geriatry or medicine. The central theme of the dissertation is dealing with the possibilities and limitations of people without home in old age living in the Capital City of Prague. Considering the factors of age, the diversity in satisfying their needs and the associated risks involved, is this a specific group of people that is, moreover, at immediate risk to their lives and health.
