Analysis of existing methods of measuring innovation corporate culture

The presented thesis addresses the topic of innovation corporate culture and instruments of measurement. The thesis is built systematically from the general to the specific. The first part deals with the general definition of culture and its characteristics, and further it is described the phenomenon of organizational culture with the elements, by which is determined. The last theoretical part is about the definition of a specific type of corporate culture, of which domain is to support long-term innovation capability. It is based on literature review on this topic. Then it is introduced several tools that try to measure innovation culture or similar concepts and these are commented in relation just to the definition of an innovation culture. The following part is research, which contains the results of the use of tools, which was developed by Rao and Weintraub (2013) and evaluation of this tool. This tool was applied to a company, by which business is consulting in the field of innovation and designing of new products and services. The Implementation of the Lean Manufacturing

This Bachelor thesis deals with the lean manufacturing approach which translates as "zeštíhlování výrobních procesů" in Czech terminology. The primary objective of this work is to complexly map the issue and describe implementation of these methods on the particular enterprise. Conclusions of this text should assure the reader of the importance for Czech manufacturers as well in this economic field, which is one of the few that can directly analyse waste, enhance the quality of manufacturing processes and increase productivity of the entire firm.
Management activities of free time teachers - of the main leaders of children's camps

The final thesis deals with the topic of sequential managerial functions performed by the chief executive of a children's camp. It is based on the assumption that the head chief performs all managerial functions in the preparation and implementation of the action sequence. On the basis of the specific literature read, the theoretical part characterizes each sequence functions - planning, organization, personnel and control. It specifies the children's summer camp as a child's recovery time period and clarifies the rules for the organization, including legal aspects. It also assigns specific jobs for the head chief of the camp before and during camp for each sequential management functions. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among the main leaders of the childrens' camps, for who are graduates of the course qualifying for the specific position. Analysis of the results showed that the head chief, regardless of the childrens' camp's operator, perform all the sequential management functions at least half of these activities. The highest rate was found at activities carried out by the main leaders, who work all year round as educator of a free time, and are employed in the Youth Centre or in The Leisure Time Centre. Variants of school climate

This thesis deals with variants of a school climate. The theoretical part consists of two sections. The first section explains basic terms which are connected with the school climate. The second section explains the factors influencing the school climate. The practical part is concentrated on a quantitative research of variants of a school climate in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire finds out a climate in Secondary technical school in Čáslav and in Secondary agricultural school in Čáslav. The respondents are students, parents and teachers. Supportive Role of Student Government Authorities in the Field of School Management

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of student government authorities involvement in specific fields of school management. The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to identify and to describe in what particular fields and to what extent student government authorities participate in school management at elementary schools. Moreover, this aim is also supplemented by the intention to describe specific activities and the extent of student government authorities of surveyed elementary schools involvement in these specific fields. Necessary data were collected by the questionnaire survey research method at selected 26 elementary schools in the Czech Republic. The summary of the school management fields, which the student government authorities of surveyed schools are involved in, including data on the level of representation and on particular activities that are actually implemented at schools, is the result of this bachelor thesis. The research also gives an answer to the importance which the directors of investigated schools attach to student government authorities participation in particular fields of school management. This bachelor theses focuses on the research of the teacher's attitudes towards several issues such as introducing professional standards, new carreer structure of teacher's and it's supporting systems. It has been created on the bases of theoretical resources and the research among teachers of kindergartens, elementary schools and high schools in Moravskoslezský and Středočeský region. The theoretical part provides a summary of the current state of teacher evaluation, proffesional standards, a preparation of the teacher's carrer structure and their supporting systems. The empirical part contains the results and analysis of the research that was carried out with teachers of kindergartens, elementary schools and high schools in Moravskoslezský and Středočeský region. The aim of the research is to determine the current opinions and attitudes of teachers of all ages and from different types of schools to the emerging professional standards, career structure and their supporting systems. Findings from this research can be used in school management for controlling changes that are planned since 2015. Nursery school's climate evaluation from the perspective of school canteen's staff

This Bachelor's thesis aims to explore how school canteen staff evaluate the environment in kindergartens in the Central Bohemian region, whether and to what extent the perception of the environment is affected by the number of employees in school canteens. It also monitors employee satisfaction with selected internal factors of the environment, compares whether the negative effects on employee satisfaction vary depending on the number of employees of school canteens and examines the issue to what extent employee satisfaction is affected by the communication between school management and staff. The thesis is divided into two parts. The former, theoretical part, defines terms such as school environment, school canteen staff, labor relations and job satisfactions; it also deals with communication, conflicts, and staff evaluation. The latter, research part, compares the results of a questionnaire survey among kindergartens with 1 - 2 employees, 3 - 4 employees, and 5 and more school canteen employees.
Evaluation of teaching in nursery schools in the Central Region

3 ABSTRACT: Final thesis deals with the question of evaluation of teaching in nursery schools. It provides information on what forms of assessment are used, which methods are the most frequently chosen, and what evaluation criteria to determine school. The paper also asked whether the evaluation in kindergartens focuses on the progress of the educational process or learning outcomes. The theoretical part provides an overview of the importance of individual concepts in the management of the educational process and its evaluation. A substantial part of the research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey and analysis of the annual CSI. The result is a mapping of the current state of management and evaluation of teaching in nursery schools.
