Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: The churches and religious denominations can become school and school facility founders. What are the specifics of the church schools from the management of education point of view, which this work deals with? And do these specifics actually exist? Do the tangible differences that clearly specify the church school against the school founded by the municipality, region or the union of municipalities exist? We will focus on the church grammar schools. There are twenty such grammar schools in the Czech Republic and almost all of them, were founded by the Roman Catholic Church. These institutions create a specific, not large group of schools that in addition to efforts to provide high-quality education strive for transfer of religious values. The work looks into the historical development of the church schools and describes their actual position in the regional education system. Then, using the qualitative research method - the analysis of the materials, it deals with the issues of the church schools management and capturing their specifics. The content of the work will be a comparison of the processes implemented by the management of the school or educational establishment, purposefully and systematically to increase the efficiency of the education of students, pupils or children, in connection with the passing of managerského studies on the CŠM. In its theoretical part describes the work of management education in General with a focus on managerial functions, through whichmanagement affects the effectiveness of the training. In the research section of this workdeals with the specific processes in the management of a wide range of schools and assesses their potential impact on the results of the training.
Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of director of a house for children and youth

The subject of the thesis Evaluation criteria for the evaluation of directors of houses for children and youth is an analysis of the current status of the evaluation process directors by founders of houses for children and youth (DDM). The aim of this thesis is to determine how the assessment is carried out DDM founder of directors, including the sources, methods and criteria that are used in the evaluation. My fundamental goal by this thesis: To determine whether the results of the evaluation are used in the further development directors DDM and whether the directors and founders believe that the evaluation of the founder directors is necessary for improving the quality of DDM. The theoretical part deals with the definition houses for children and youth, director DDM, founder DDM, staff evaluation and training and development. In the practical part of the research - descriptive type of research, conducted through questionnaires on the basis of three hypotheses. Conclusion the paper provides an overview of the current condition.
Education of a School Headmaster - Comparison of the Czech Republic, Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia

The aim of this work is to answer the following question: ‚Is it possible to compare qualification training and forms of further training of headmasters in different countries?' The author of this thesis deals with headmaster training in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany (Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia). He obtained information about education systems and education opportunities in these countries through selected research methods which were a questionnaire and interviews with school headmasters. The need for proper managerial qualification of headmasters necessary for them to meet requirements for discharge of the function is proved by the fact that today headmasters have to cope with demands made on their competency readiness which they can receive through good specialized training. The information obtained can be used as a pattern or methodical recommendations because in every country the managerial education follows different qualifying models. Factors influencing selection of class teachers at basic school

The final diploma thesis defines factors that significantly influence managements of basic schools in their decisions regarding the selection of class teachers in terms of the performed HR activities. Selection and appointing a suitable candidate to a position of a class teacher is a responsible personnel activity which poses high demands on each management worker in the field of education. It is demanding because a class teacher is in many ways the most important person who contributes to and presents the image of the school through everyday close contacts with clients, among others with pupils, parents, public, the school founder and colleagues. To a certain extent it is possible to say that the class teacher provides an outward representation of the organisation and his/her behaviour has a strong impact on how the community and public view the organisation/school. General groups of factors that influence the selection of class teachers were identified based on the results of a preliminary research and subsequently verified in the main research. Final thesis deals with one of the managerial competencies of teachers-checking. The essence of control is a critical evaluation of reality with respect to the intended target. The work is based both on theoretical knowledge gained by studying professional literature, both from some of the experience gained from their own practice, as well as the knowledge that I gained studying school management and in particular the analysis of the information obtained through use of interview techniques, interview related to the findings, in which a variety of professional contexts performing teachers nursery and primary school management activities and monitoring what is normally subject to their control.

I deal with one teacher's competence in detail -mainly the communication in terms of informing, reporting, and administration. In the second part I write about the research and the method which was carried out.
