Programm of effective learning as a part of learning competency development

The objective of the thesis was to form the programm concept for effective learning development. After charting the theory we drew following conclusion: the sufficient help in learning competencies development could be provided by specific offer of influencing the learning strategies technique of student. As a concrete form we chose 2 - days training tested in 7. classes in Basic school Praha - Klanovice. There were following essential bases for the training: 1) pedagogical - psychological diagnostics - simplified version applicable for teacher work 2) introduction to psychology of learning - the bases of grounds of learning psychology was provided to children ( suitable to their age) 3) planing as supposal of effective learning - suitable skills 4) correction of deficiencies - designation of impropriate strategie of learning and follow-on formation of new, more effective ones. We consider the 2 - days traning to be contributing in the sense of formation student's preparedness to the next wilful influencing his learning process.

73 LEGAL REGULATIONS OF BEEKEEPING SUMMARY Beekeeping is one of the oldiest hobbies all aroud the world. People used to breed bees many many years ago and it caused a necessity to regulate the relationships between beekeepers and between beekeepers and the state by law. First proper beelaw originated in the time of Marie Terezie in the 18th century. Later on was beekeeping regulated in many fractional laws, but the most important was the Civil code, which we still use nowadays. This code solves the most important questions of beekeeping as the possesion of bees and lhe liabilitity of beekeepers. The codes have to protect bees on one side and also people on the other side. Bees have to be protected from different kinds of fertilizers which are often used to keep plants fresh and healthy. The planters must obey several rules and in case of breaking these rules they can be punished. If the protection of people is concerned, the beekeepers must be careful where to put their hives, so that the bees don't disturbe other people too much. If the beedisturbing is untolerable, the beekeeper can be brought to the court. The beekeepers have to take care of their bees properly. 99 12. Resumé This rigorous work includes the development of civil rights under the Constitutional Charters, which were related to the Czech nation. Were thus the Constitutions from the time when the Czech and Slovak nations was not a separate nation. Therefore, this work deals with civil rights from the first Austrian Constitution, which was the Constitution of April 1848 , to the first comprehensive constitution itself of the Czechoslovak Republic from February 1920. This historical development of civil rights in the each of individual constitutions was important for the development of the whole company then. The scope of civil rights contained in the constitution coincided with the then democracy in society. Due to Austria was absolute monarchy, it was very difficult to incorporate into the Austrian Institute of individual civil rights. As the company evolved, as well as Austrian, then gradually to expand civil rights in the constitutions. Therefore, this work examines in detail the various constitutions in order to capture the development of these civil rights in the constitutions. The diploma thesis describes a process of public tender for building contracts from a construction company’s perspective. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts and procedures encountered during issuance, awarding and completion of public tenders. The necessary procurement rules and guidelines are also included. The practical part defines an actual tender offer from a particular contractor. The tender in question is a construction of leisure centre in Ratiskovice.
HST Station at the Airport Brno Tuřany

Main topic of this Masters Thesis is design of railway station for high speed line railway. Building site is situated in East Moravian region in the district of Brno-Tuřany. The building is designed as a detached two-storey object standing on the bridge over the railway. Mass of the building consists of two trimmed blocks which are mutually mirrored. The mass of both parts of the building is pervaded by illuminating stripe. Its shape is also based on the shape of trimmed block and rises over the surrounding surfaces. There are placed vertical paths in the stripes. It helps passengers in orientation because these are visible even from the outside of the building. This arrangement of individual masses symbolizes both direction of the arrival of trains to the station. There is placed arrival and departure hall in the middle of the object. Its height is similar to the height of the object itself. The hall is surrounded by the service facilities of the railway station situated on two floors. The supporting structure is made of steel. Both peripheral housing and roof are supported by the frame construction consisting of planar lattice beams. Construction of the façade is composed of frame system Wicona. The peripheral housing is tiled with panels of expanded metal.
