This thesis aims to discuss the main political and public aspects in the frame of media development and their changes, which are recalled by media. Political competition and its market behaviour is nowadays very naturally predisposed. Decision-making processes in the political sphere attract the attention not just by the experts, but also by wide and laic community. Behaviour of political leaders is influcnced by several changes approving in the political sphere and its circles. The global approach to media plays the key role, at the hand of political circles, which candidates directly and very hard appeal in all the elector's groups. Also very important factor here is a wide expansion of informative technologies. Racionalization of elective behaviour becomes very often in these days, what in many cases means that voters are still more sceptical to the relationship of the political scenes and its candidates. The more voices belong to that candidates who the voters think about, they refer the most interesting political pre-voting marketing and campaign. The main goal of this thesis named Municipal self-government in the Czech Republic (illustrated on the example of Kralupy nad Vltavou City) is to process and summarize the framework of municipal function in both theoretical and practical way. Also, it is shown how to use the knowledge for didactic purposes. Therefore the thesis is divided into the theoretical, practical and didactic part. The theory answers the questions such as What is self-government? By whom is it executed and where? How is it controlled? The practical part continuously uses collected information and shows how each of self-government aspects works in concrete example of Kralupy nad Vltavou City. The third part is focused on how to apply this issue in teacher training.
The National Unification: development of a political party between 1934 and 1938

This thesis captures the development of a Czechoslovak political party National Unification from its foundation in 1934 until it was dissolved in 1938. It places the party in a political and historical context of the First Czechoslovak Republic, it analyses its program and ideological foundations. The thesis considers the concepts of nationalism and fascism which were and still are closely connected with the National Unification party. It describes the 1935 parliamentary elections from a viewpoint of the political party campaign and focuses on the contrast between the party expectations and the electoral results.

Film propaganda and the Hitlerian Era in Germany

For political manipulators became an ally of the film medium, allowing them to operate more effectively on mankind. The film is an ideal means of indirect communication. Thanks to the mass character of film distribution, which adds to the rapid technological development, it is possible using film to create images and illusory worlds. Use them to influence audience awareness of reality. The first half of the 20th century brought a case in Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union, two typical examples of how film can be used for the subjugation of a communique to the general public. The first example was devoted to this work. Its purpose was to highlight the links between film means, propaganda and political history. Documented by the example of Third Reich cinema. At the same time provide high school teachers the information base to grab this issue and its subsequent use in teaching. Labour market in the European Union

The graduation thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with the general operation of the labour market and the key principles and factors occurring in this area, such as the subsistence wage or the activities of trade unions. Special attention deserves the issue of unemployment and public employment policy. In the second part, the general information of the previous section is inserted into the framework of a particular economic situation and the evolution of unemployment in the European Union during the last decade. An important role is played by taking various forms of national employment policy and social policy which are dealt with separately. The same attention is paid to the main EU institutions and strategies that seek to eliminate negative phenomena occurring on the European market.

Comparison of the Programmes of the Green Party in the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria and the Czech republic in the years 1990 - 2014

This thesis compares the electoral programmes of green political parties in the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Austria, and the Czech Republic in the years 1990- 2014, namely the German party Alliance '90/The Greens, the Austrian party The Greens - The Green Alternative, and the Czech Green Party. The beginning of the work provides an explanation of the concepts related to green politics, such as ecology, environmentalism, environment and sustainable development, whose knowledge is essential for understanding the major themes of the electoral programmes. Subsequently, the origin and history of all three political parties are outlined. The actual comparison is performed in a twofold manner. The first one compares the content of a specific programme with the previous ones and the second one compares the programmes of all three green parties for the same or the close electoral period. Furthermore, the format of individual programmes is characterized. Attention is focused on the major thematic areas, similarities and differences, and on the position of these parties before and after a particular parliamentary election being held.
