Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V první z nich se všeobecně zabývám fungováním pracovního trhu a hlavními principy či činiteli vyskytujícími se v tomto prostoru, jako je například minimální mzda nebo činnost odborových organizací. Zvláštní pozornost si zaslouží problematika nezaměstnanosti a státní politika zaměstnanosti. Ve druhé polovině se následně snažím obecné informace z předcházející části zasadit do konkrétního rámce hospodářské situace a vývoje míry nezaměstnanosti v Evropské unii za posledním desetiletí. Důležitou roli zde přitom sehrávají různé podoby národní politiky zaměstnanosti a sociální politiky, kterým se věnuji samostatně. Stejně jako hlavním strategiím a institucím EU, usilujících o eliminaci negativních jevů vyskytujících se na evropském trhu práce. The graduation thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with the general operation of the labour market and the key principles and factors occurring in this area, such as the subsistence wage or the activities of trade unions. Special attention deserves the issue of unemployment and public employment policy. In the second part, the general information of the previous section is inserted into the framework of a particular economic situation and the evolution of unemployment in the European Union during the last decade. An important role is played by taking various forms of national employment policy and social policy which are dealt with separately. The same attention is paid to the main EU institutions and strategies that seek to eliminate negative phenomena occurring on the European market.
