Nováková, Monika ; Sotáková, Hana (advisor) ; Presslerová, Pavla (referee)
Primary target of this thesis entitled 'Specifics of school maturity and school readiness of children with autism spectrum disorder from the point of view of special education teachers and primary school teachers' is to focus on abilities and skills of children with autism spectrum disorder at the beginning of their school attendance and to look for individual preferences of respondents to the individual components of school maturity and school readiness. For this purpose a combined research has been used. Presented data are based on the study of professional literature, questionnaires, and interviews with special pedagogues and teachers. The results from both the quantitative and qualitative part of the research confirm that school maturity needs to be significantly supported and individual requirements have to be adapted in the social-emotional area and language area. Research shows that school maturity in the two above mentioned areas can be hard to achieve but school readiness is something a child with ASD can still achieve through adequate intervention. The research part also identified other factors that may affect school maturity and readiness - family, kindergarten or a teacher in both the pre-school facility and the first grade of elementary school. Baborová, Aneta ; Sotáková, Hana (advisor) ; Vídršperková, Lenka (referee)
The thesis deals with the comparison of standardized testing, and dynamic diagnostics of pupils with specific learning disabilities while using the Rey-Osterrieth complex figure. The thesis aimed to find out the advantages and disadvantages of dynamic diagnostics of pupils with specific learning disabilities while using the above-mentioned diagnostic tool. The implementation of research is based on the theoretical part, which consists of two large areas. These areas are standardized testing/dynamic diagnostics and specific learning/behavioral disabilities. The aspects that most correlate with the empirical part are highlighted. From the first area it is specifically the critique of standardized testing, dynamic diagnostics, the theoretical framework of dynamic diagnostics, the dynamic approach in consulting practice, and the critique of dynamic diagnostics. The second area concerns the types of specific learning disabilities, their social context, and specific behavioral disabilities. Research data were obtained using the Rey-Osterrieth complex figure and the WISC-III intelligence scale. The WISC-III intelligence scale was essential for determination of the research set, for the interpretation of the data based on cognitive profile, and for the negative interference in the testing using the...

The part with theoretical conceptions is followed by all the determined findings and particular codes. This diploma thesis detected the most substantial element of the supervision process which is the supervisor who should dispose of experience with using suitable techniques. The personality of the supervisor demonstrates a significant part of the whole process. All of these facets affect the behaviour of participants during the supervision.
