Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat vlivem fyzioterapie na vývoj dítěte s tělesným handicapem. Zaměřena bude na Vojtovu metodu, na její vznik a charakteristiku, popis cviků a na předpoklady, jež vedou k úspěšnému průběhu terapie. K tomu bude připojena kapitola, týkající se motorického vývoje dítěte do jednoho roku. Vedle toho bude přiblížena i samotná osoba Prof. MUDr. Václava Vojty. Jeho studijní a pracovní cesta. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký vliv má u dítěte fyzioterapie nejen na vývoj fyzický, ale i psychický. Jaký je vztah rodiny k rehabilitačnímu cvičení. To vše bude zodpovězeno pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Metodou dotazníku a rozhovoru. Práce je tedy zaměřena na dva pohledy, z nichž jeden bude pohled rodin, které mají dítě, jež prochází Vojtovou metodou, a ten druhý bude pohled rehabilitační sestry, která je dennodenně v přímé konfrontaci s náročnými cviky a těžkostmi, jež jsou součástí Vojtovy metody. It focuses on Vojta's method, its origin and characteristics, description of exercises and assumptions that lead to a successful course of therapy. Moreover a chapter on the motor development of a child up to one year will be added. We also introduce Prof. MUDr. Václav Vojta himself, his study and work. The aim of the work is to find out what effect physiotherapy has on a child not only on physical but also mental development. What is the family's approach to rehabilitation routine. All this will be answered through qualitative research. In our research we use questionnaire and interview method. The work is therefore focused on two perspectives, one of which is perspective of families with a child undergoing Vojta's method and the other is perspective of rehabilitation specialist who is daily in direct confrontation with the demanding exercises and difficulties that are part of Vojta's method.
