Gallery as an educational space for preschool children - reflection and inspiration
Müllerová, Veronika ; Kafková, Helena (advisor) ; Tsikoliya, Lenka (referee)
The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to the characteristics of the preschool child and his development of children's artistic expression in the modernist concept of art education. It presents different views on the child's view of the "little artist" and looks for the relationship between art education in kindergarten and art in the gallery. It also discusses the issue of the typology of exhibition spaces in the gallery and the gallery as a space for the preschool child and the kindergarten. The practical part is realized through a didactic project with preschool children. The first part of the project focuses on a visit to three galleries with exhibitions. The second part explores and describes the children's response to the exhibitions visited in the form of preparing the children's work for their own exhibition, subtitled Exhibition through Play. The project concludes with a public exhibition opening and a final visit by the preschool children to their exhibition. At the end, the project is evaluated. HDR Image Artifact Compensation
Teaching literature in genre-thematic units at the ISCED level in the context of an alternative study programme
Müllerová, Veronika ; Laufková, Veronika (advisor) ; Simonová, Jaroslava (referee)
This thesis, entitled A case study: the teaching of literature in genre-themed units at the ISCED 3 level in the context of an alternative study program, focuses on a, in our environment, non-traditional approach to teaching literature in high schools, based on a unique study program. The thesis consists of two parts - a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part includes the definition of the term "literary education" along with its insertion into the context of the educational plan outline for high schools. Furthermore, the definition of the term "alternative schooling" is given, and the terms that are subsequently used in the empirical part - reading and reading literacy, formative assessment, Content and Language Integrated Learning, and tandem teaching - are also defined. Finally, the period of adolescence is described, with an emphasis on the psychological and social characteristics of an individual. The aim of the empirical part was to describe how teaching takes place in an alternative study program at the ISCED 3 level, with an emphasis on the teaching of literature arranged into genre-themed units. From this, the sub-objectives unfolded, which were: to implant the alternative study program into the context of the given school; to describe how the study of the alternative...
Three-Part Songs for the Advent and the Christmas Time included in the Hymnbook by V. K. Holan Rovenský - the practical edition
Müllerová, Věra ; Slavický, Tomáš (advisor) ; Maňas, Vladimír (referee)
43 RESUMÉ IN ENGLISH This bachelor thesis focuses on the three-part songs for the Advent and the Christ- mas time included in the hymnbook entitled Capella Regia Musicalis (Prague 1693) by Václav Karel Holan Rovenský (1644 - 1718). The goal is to identify the three-part songs (i.e. two voices and basso continuo) and provide their practical edition (i.e. render them in the present-day form). The thesis opens with an excursion into the history of the Czech hymnbook from the 15th to the beginning of the 18th century. During this period, the Catholic Church was inspired by the repertoire of the protestant songs; we can observe that the reper- toire of all denominations was almost identical. This part is followed by an overview of the most important hymnbook of the 17th century which became Holan's source of inspiration. A separate chapter is dedi- cated to Holan's work and personal life which in itself is of great interest. The following part proceeds to the general description of Holan's hymnbook, Capella regia musicalis, and of the problems that accompanied its creation. The the- sis provides a description of the structure of the hymnbook and its formal organiza- tion. The analysis of selected details has confirmed A. Škarda's judgment that the hymnbook is ill-arranged and chaotic. The historic exposition is...

Changes of the town of Ceska Kamenice beetwen the years 1945-1951
Müllerová, Vanda ; Václavů, Lubor (advisor) ; Zilynskyj, Bohdan (referee)
As it results from the title, the work is focused on the historical evolution of Ceska Kamenice in the period of years from 1945 to 1951. May 1945 seems to be the turning point of the further development of Ceska Kamenice. The German inhabitants, who had represented the majority population so far, were at once qualified as political unreliable and in light of important changes that were expected, discriminating regulations started to be carried out against them. In the meantime the Czech from various parts of the Republic began to come there. Some of them beholded their arrival just as an oportunity to feather their nests, but of course there were those too, who decided to stay and settle down in the town. They gained the national stewardship and started their new lives. However, some of the new settlers had to leave the town again because the stewardship was not always taken over by people who were the most competent and qualified. Assigning to this office as well as being resigned from, often became the demonstration of potencial power. The first months in Ceska Kamenice were accompanied by injustice and tyrany. Units of troops and guerrilla forces that settled in the town tyrannized both, Czech and German inhabitants and the endeavour to stop it was suppressed. These events were only revealed in 1947...

Plant soil feedback and plant sucession
Müllerová, Věra ; Frouz, Jan (advisor) ; Bartuška, Martin (referee)
This thesis presents the plant-soil feedback mechanisms in the time horizon of the primary succession specified by own research performed on the substrate of Velká podkrušnohorská výsypka. The thesis focuses on the early succession species - Fabaceae and their typical competitors - Poaceae. It indirectly follows on from the thesis of Petra Zedníková - The growth of leguminous plants during primary succession in post-mining sites. The Fabaceae utilize the cooperation with nitrogen-fixating Rhizobia, which, along with arbuscular mycorrhiza that is distinctive for its yield of phosphorus along with other scarce substances, allows even little fertile environment to be colonized. From there on however the Poaceae are competitively more successful, therefore a different effect had been expected on Fabaceae compared to Poaceae. However, that has not proven to be the case and both Fabaceae and Poaceae fared worse in soil trained by Fabaceae growth compared to naïve soil. Since there haven't been any changes in the chemical properties of the soil, the changes had been caused by the biotic environment. The growth trends in time that differed between the first and the second generation can more likely be attributed to the chemical changes in the soil, as these do correlate with the soil age, especially...
