Comparison of primary prevention at the second level of elementary schools in Most and Prague

The diploma thesis Comparison of primary prevention at the second level of elementary schools in Most and Prague discusses the implementation of primary prevention at the second level of elemetary school in these two selected locations. The diploma thesis is thematically divided into six chapters. The first part defines the basic terminology related to the topic of primary prevention. This section also contains information about particular topics of risky behavior and counsulting services of elementary schools. The second part follows a survey among school prevention methodologists in Most and Prague. The objective of the following practical part is to identify and compare what form and under what conditions is implemented primary prevention of risky behavior among pupils of the second level of elementary schools. For the survey was used quantitative method, in the form of a questionnaire divided between school prevention methodologists in both cities. In the final part there are interpreted the data obtained in the survey, which confirmed that in both areas there are different approaches to the implementation of primary prevention at the second levels of elementary schools. Radiolaria of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin

The first part of work deals with cell structure, shell morphology, reproduction and nutrition. Also the ecology and systematical subdivision of radiolarians are described here. The systematical subdivision depends on differences in shell morphology of individual forms. The next part is devoted to Cretaceous radiolarians with focus on Cenomanian and Turonian ones, also some examples from several locations around the world is located here. The last part of this work deals with geology of Bohemian Cretaceous Basin, where the study of radiolarians from certain site will continue in master thesis.
The Role of Marijuana Use by People with a Physical Disability

This bachelor thesis focuses on the role of marijuana use by people with a physical disability. Research suggests that marijuana may not only serve for recreational purposes, and its use can provide significant relief to the physically disabled, such as relaxing muscles during spasms. This topic is an integral part of the discussion on the medical use of marijuana and its legalization as such, which the author considers as still up to date. The aim of this thesis is first the theoretical introduction to the examined topic by the mapping method - distinction among marijuana species, specification of the studied group of people as marijuana users and at the same time physically disabled, describing the therapeutic effects of cannabis and outlining the current legal position in the Czech Republic and a number of other states. In the practical part, the semi-structured interview method was used for the research, which focuses on the reasons of the use of marijuana by the respondent, the role of his family and the environment in the intensity of marijuana use, and on the potential importance of legalisation marijuana for the respondent. The development of telemedicine in the context of cross-border healthcare services in the European Union: comparative approach France / Czech Republic The role of the European Union, within the context of its support in the field of public health, consists of helping the Member States to achieve the goals defined in the multiannual framework program. Among these goals, telemedicine is a priority of eHealth. Telemedicine is a form of healthcare provided remotely using Information and Communication Technology (ICT). It aims to improve the efficiency of medical care systems faced with the ageing of the European population. This thesis is a study of cross-border telemedicine in the context of cross-border medical care as it is regulated by European Union law. However, the deployment of cross-border telemedicine depends on the competence of the Member States. A comparison between French and Czech legislation, in terms of the implementation of telemedicine in these Member States, reveals different strategies regarding the integration of telemedicine into their healthcare systems.
