Voltammetric behaviour of cholesterol and lanosterol on boron doped diamond electrode

The aim of this thesis is to investigate procedures leading to regeneration of boron- doped-diamond's (BDD electrode) surface and study of voltammetric behaviour of cholesterol and lanosterol on BDD electrode. Three options of regeneration of electrode's surface were were studied: the stirring, the mechanical polishing using alumina and the anodic oxidation. The anodic oxidation was studied using electrolytes: 0,1 mol l−1 perchloric acid in acetonitrile, 0,1 mol l−1 sodium perchlorate in acetonitrile and tetrahexylammonium hexafluorofosphate in acetonitrile. Each electrolyte was studied with 0 or 0,43 % and 20 % volume of water. Further, voltammetric behaviour of cholesterol on BDD electrode in the presence of 0,1 mol l−1 perchloric acid in acetonitrile was investigate. The second part of the thesis was the study of voltammetric behaviour of lanosterol on BDD electrode in the presence of 0,1 mol l−1 perchloric acid in acetonitrile and 0,1 mol l−1 sodium perchlorate in acetonitrile. The study was performed using cyclic voltammery. Lanosterol provides two anodic signals in the presence of both electrolytes, the first one at the potential of +1200 mV, the second one at the potential of +1500 mV. Sexuality and sexual behaviour in patients with bulimia neurosa

The authors deal with Sexual Behavior in Eating Disorders, especially in patiens with Bulimia Nervosa. In patiens with Eating Disorders we observe distortion of body image and negative affeetive evaluation of one's own body and personality, like a eommon symptoms. We assumed, the symptoms may influenee bulimie patienť s sexuality and sexual behavior. On the other side, we assumed the speeifie psyehosexual development, sexual experienees in ehildhood and personality features in bulimie patients ean also be a reason of Eating Disorder. Our question is: What is the sexuality and sexual behavior in bulimie patiens? We present our researeh on women, who are nowadays treated for Bulimia Nervosa. We speeially foeus on Coital Debut, Masturbation, Sexual Aetivities with a Sexual Partner, Sexual Exeitement, Sexual Disorders, Number of Sexual Partners, Sexual Orientation and Sexual Satisfaetion. In eomparison to normal ezeeh population in age 18-29 years, we observe these differenees. Patients have had a first relationship at higher age, they also have had a higher number of relatonships and higher number of sexual partners. Legal regulation of protection of wild bird species Abstract This thesis deals with legal regulation of protection of wild bird species at the international, European and Czech level. The aim of the thesis was to provide an overview of legal regulation of protection of wild bird species, and to evaluate whether this legal regulation is an effective means of achieving objectives which led to its adoption. The thesis consists of an introduction, three main parts and a conclusion. The first part of the thesis describes protection of birds in international law. In this part of the thesis there are first introduced international organizations important for protection of birds, in particular International Union for Conservation of Nature and BirdLife International, and then in the author's opinion the most relevant international conventions to protection of birds, namely the Ramsar Convention, the Bonn Convention, the Bern Convention and the Convention on Biological Diversity. The following second part of the thesis focuses on protection of birds in European law. In this part of the thesis legal regulation of protection of wild bird species in Directive 2009/147/EC (the Birds Directive) is described in detail including the related case law of Court of Justice of the European Union. Importance of Interaction between Preschool Children and Seniors Citizens

This bachelor thesis deals with the matters of intergenerational coexistence, in particular with a possible outcomes when a child interacts with senior citizens. The theoretical part focuses on a comparison of generational coexistence in a family in the context of historical development, then, it analyses problems of a current modern family and the impacts on children who do not have the possibility of meeting grandparents or other senior citizens regularly. In the empirical part, we observe the realization of active cooperation between the nursery school Sokolovská and an old people's home. This observation includes interviews with children, parents and teachers. The goal of this work is to analyse the cooperation methods of a nursery school with old people's homes and the mutual contribution of gathering preschool children with seniors.

The work focuses on service quality in hairdressing. It explains the basic theoretical concepts relating to this issue (quality, service, quality of service, quality management, methods and tools of quality management). In addition, evaluate the service provided and customer satisfaction in a small hairdressing. Evaluation of services provided is shown through the development and Ishikawa diagram. Customer satisfaction is evaluated according to data obtained from research.

Srovnání požadavků trhu práce s nabídkou vzdělávací soustavy v Jihočeském kraji

Bakalářská práce ?Srovnání požadavků trhu práce s nabídkou vzdělávací soustavy v Jihočeském kraji? se zabývá existencí disproporcí nabídky školské soustavy a trhu práce. Zjišťované disproporce v oblasti středního a vyššího odborného vzdělávání jsou identifikovány na základě analýzy dat z Krajského úřadu, úřadů práce v JčK a Národního ústavu odborného vzdělávání. V práci jsou podrobně zpracovány statistiky počtu žáků přijímaných do prvních ročníků dle typu škol i skupiny oborů vzdělávání, na straně poptávky na trhu práce jsou zkoumány jak kvantitativní data, tak závěry z šetření kvalitativních požadavků ze strany zaměstnavatelů. Na základě nezaměstnanosti ?čerstvých? absolventů za období posledních několika let jsou pak identifikovány existující disproporce. Cílem práce je návrh doporučení k řešení zjištěných disproporcí. V závěrečné kapitole je diskutována prosaditelnost těchto doporučení v praxi včetně ekonomických, sociálních a politických faktorů při rozhodovacích procesech.
