The text is laboured for the leader who may not be an expert on copyright law and despite that he could understand the issues. This thesis introduces work of the laboratory from its inception to the present situation and focuses mainly on the part of the training (and teaching). Graphics and Multimedia Laboratory produces each year, whether the work of GML employees or implicitly the work of students, hundreds of graphics, audio-visual and other outputs (often bordering on, or directly intervening in the sphere of art), which are subjects of copyright. When creating these outcomes here is a situation affecting the scope of the current version of copyright law. In this work, the most common situations are then selected where it may be a conflict with copyright law. These situations are described as they routinely carry out and then analyzed from the perspective of copyright law. Outstanding issues are clarified and solutions are designed or modified and supplemented by existing solutions. The proposed solution will be given a modified form, or subsequently applied to the smooth operation of the GML.
