[cze][eng] Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozebrat činnost Grafické a multimediální laboratoře Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze, identifikovat sporné body a problémy a situace, ve kterých se činnost laboratoře dotýká platného znění autorského zákona České republiky (Zákon č. 121/2000 Sb. Ze dne 7. dubna 2000, o právu autorském, o právech souvisejících s právem autorským a o změně některých zákonů (autorský zákon) ve znění zákonů č. 81/2005 Sb., č 61/2006 Sb., č. 186/2006 Sb., č. 216/2006 Sb. a č. 168/2008 Sb.) a tyto body následně rozebrat přímo ve vztahu s uplatněním autorského zákona a navrhnout řešení problémů nebo upravit a doplnit stávající postupy tak, aby byly v souladu se zákonem. Text je vypracován tak, aby čtenář nemusel být odborníkem na autorský zákon a porozuměl problematice. Práce popisuje činnost laboratoře od jejího vzniku až po dnešní stav, zaměřuje se na hlavně na část výukovou. Grafická a multimediální laboratoř ročně vyprodukuje, ať už prací vlastních pracovníků GML nebo zprostředkovaně prací studentů na zajišťovaných kurzech, stovky grafických, audiovizuálních a jiných výstupů (často hraničících či přímo zasahujících do sfér uměleckých) podléhajících autorským právům. Při vytváření těchto výstupů dochází k situacím dotýkajícím se působnosti platného znění autorského zákona. V této práci jsou následně vybrány nejčastější situace, kdy může dojít ke konfliktu s autorským zákonem. Tyto situace jsou popsány tak, jak běžně probíhají a následně jsou rozebrány z pohledu autorského zákona. Sporné body jsou vysvětleny a je navrženo řešení nebo upraveno a doplněno řešení stávající. Navrhovaná řešení budou v dané nebo upravené podobě následně aplikovaná pro bezproblémový chod GML.The aim of this thesis is to analyze the activity of the Graphic and Multimedia Laboratory at the University of Economics in Prague, identify outstanding issues and problems and situations in which laboratory work affects the current version of the Copyright Law of the Czech Republic (Consolidated version of Act No. 121/2000 on Copyright and Rights Related to Copyright and on Amendment to Certain Acts (the Copyright Act), as amended by Act No. 81/2005, Act No. 61/2006 and Act No. 216/2006.) and then dismantle these points, which are directly related to the application of copyright law, and propose solutions to problems and to add or modify existing procedures to comply with the law. The text is laboured for the leader who may not be an expert on copyright law and despite that he could understand the issues. This thesis introduces work of the laboratory from its inception to the present situation and focuses mainly on the part of the training (and teaching). Graphics and Multimedia Laboratory produces each year, whether the work of GML employees or implicitly the work of students, hundreds of graphics, audio-visual and other outputs (often bordering on, or directly intervening in the sphere of art), which are subjects of copyright. When creating these outcomes here is a situation affecting the scope of the current version of copyright law. In this work, the most common situations are then selected where it may be a conflict with copyright law. These situations are described as they routinely carry out and then analyzed from the perspective of copyright law. Outstanding issues are clarified and solutions are designed or modified and supplemented by existing solutions. The proposed solution will be given a modified form, or subsequently applied to the smooth operation of the GML.
