Social skills development of secondary school students in the Economics

This final thesis deals with the issue of social skills development of secondary school students in the Economics. The theoretical foundations of this work is to define the term of social skills and is explained his importance to the society. A substantial part of the theory is also devoted to the social skills in connection with the Framework educational program. Within the empirical part, an analysis of the FEP for BA is performed, through which the state of the method concentrated on the social skills of students is determined. Furthermore, through a questionnaire survey, the current state of acquired social skills of selected students from the first years on BA is investigated and their view on this issue. This work is also focusing on whether teachers in the Economics produce sufficient appropriate environment that would allow students to develop their social skills. The final goal is to suggest specific games and activities that allow students to improve these skills in the Economics.

Quality of life and the development of burnout at the teachers of economic subjects

The aim of this thesis was to survey burnout. Teaching profession is a mentally demanding job, so it is good to know how to catch potential problems early and how to defend against them. After which it was examined in detail one of the eventualities prevention, thus improving quality of life, which plays in the fight against burnout huge role. This question was divided into several dimensions of our life that we can influence themselves. Based on the findings of these phenomena has been compiled research investigation aimed at the current rate of burnout and the possibility of combating this phenomenon in the context of our lives.

Motivation to study economic subjects at secondary schools and universities

This thesis deals with motivation to study economic subjects at secondary schools and universities, specifically with its level and structure as well as achievement motivation. You can find a general theoretical overview in the first part of the thesis and then a detailed view on motivation to learn, on the importance of adolescence and young adulthood in human motivation. The final part of the theoretical part evaluates the influence of teachers on students' motivation. The second part of the thesis is a research of secondary school and university students' motivation made by using a questionnaire. Differences between both age categories are then compared and their existence is discussed in the context of the theoretical basis.

Incidence and prevention of different stages of bullying on business academies

The topic of the thesis is the incidence and prevention of different stages of bullying on business academies. The thesis contains the necessary theoretical background for understanding the concept of bullying. Firstly, the characteristics of the participants, aggressors and victims are described. After that, a detailed description of bullying stages follows. The thesis also deals with one of the forms, cyberbullying, which is very widespread today. An important part of the thesis presents an analysis of the first aid in the fight against bullying. Other options of dealing with bullying and methods of remediation are also described in details. The thesis introduces the consequences of bullying, which affect many areas. Finally, the thesis deals with a very important prevention, which is essential for the successful treatment of bullying. The issue provides the information necessary to prevent and tackle bullying in high schools. In the practical part, questionnaire that examines the current situation and students´experience in bullying is analyzed. Interview with a counselor dealing with bullying and its prevention at schools is a part of the dissertation.

Psychological stress in profession of accountant

The subject of this thesis is to analyse work-related stress factors affecting profession of accountants. The theoretical part of work contains general knowledge about mental stress, variety of stress factors, impact of psychological stress and external forces on job perfor-mance. There are included stress-handling techniques and methods either. The empirical part of this thesis includes research based on questionnaires. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the variety of psychological stress affecting in this profession. Based on researched dates there are shown recommendations in the closing of work. They can reduce or com-pletely dissolve the stress effects.

Prevention of burnout at the teachers of economic subjects

The object of bachelor's thesis is handle the issue of burnout of teachers, whose would be able to recognition this negative phenomenon, able to identify the causes and able to defend themselves against this phenomenon. In this thesis I would like to underline that teaching profession is very burdensome and that teacher have to deal with demands from students, parents, management of school, colleagues and general public every day. There was identified the susceptibility to stress surveyed teachers and also their current measure of burnout based on findings about this phenomenon. There were also identified some situations that teachers perceive as the most stressful and options that teachers currently use.

Selected psychological personality attributes of bank employees

The aim of the thesis is to define selected psychological personality attributes of bank employees. The thesis describes the personality traits, particularly the characteristics such as extroversion, introversion, intuition, sensuality, reasonableness, circumspection etc. Their representation frequency had been examined within selected sample of respondents. The thesis also concerns with the charakter parts in companies and individual attributes of these parts. The conclusion part summarizes prevailing characteristics and describes those appropriate or essentials for bank employees. The knowledge findings might be relevant for the further practical application of HR stuff and be come their support while recruiting employees within the bank sector.

Association Experiment upon Students of Economics

This working paper is focused on association experiment created by C. G. Jung, which I transformed into my bachelor thesis based on word association from school area. In theoretical part, I am dealing with core principals, fundamentals, usage, and history of the experiment. In practical part, I am dealing with the experiment itself. My research is mainly focused on students of University of Economics, Prague, who have previously finished high school with economic specialization. I compared this essential group with boys/men and girls/women from different age and non-economic specialization. In the same time I tried to render reaction words. In conclusion of my bachelor thesis I summarized discovered findings and its practical usage.

Střevní parazité u koní

The aim of this work was to process knowledge on parasites occurring in the intestine of horses as a literary review. Mainly focus on selected species of endoparasites, which prevents good reception, processing and utilization of food. This included a photographic documentation of individual parasites and their life cycles. Elaboration of this thesis was to found the starting point for the effective combating parasites is a preventive measure, therefore should be every horse owner sufficiently acquainted with preventive measures. These were mainly satisfactory hygiene, regular investigations dung and, last but not least, deworming horses. To combat parasites successful it is important to know their life cycles, as well as other information, such as pathogenesis and morfology of parasites.

DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF REGIONAL FOOD BRAND

This bachelor´s work is focused on a creation and use of regional food brands. It´s point to the importance of brand to consumers and what is consumer´s altitude to the brand. The work inspects, how the production of successful brand is important. The conditions for reaching the brand ,,Regional food´´ for small and medium food companies are in the content. The practical part is focused on a questionnaires, which were hold in South Bohemia. Thanks to respondents we can know something about using of regional brands of food in regional consumers trade and about the impact of brand to consumers.
