Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu stresových faktorů působících v profesi účetní. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné poznatky o stresu jakožto psychické zátěži, druzích stre-sových faktorů, dopadech stresu a externích vlivů na pracovní výkon. Jsou zde zmíněny i techniky a metody zvládání stresu. V empirické části se zabývám šetřením, jehož předmě-tem bylo zjistit, jaké druhy psychické zátěže působí v dané profesi. Na základě zjištěných informací v závěru práce uvádím doporučení, díky nimž by bylo možné stres působící na pracovištích zmírnit, či odstranit. The subject of this thesis is to analyse work-related stress factors affecting profession of accountants. The theoretical part of work contains general knowledge about mental stress, variety of stress factors, impact of psychological stress and external forces on job perfor-mance. There are included stress-handling techniques and methods either. The empirical part of this thesis includes research based on questionnaires. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the variety of psychological stress affecting in this profession. Based on researched dates there are shown recommendations in the closing of work. They can reduce or com-pletely dissolve the stress effects.
