Professional morale of teachers of kindergartens

This thesis is devoted to professional ethics teachers in kindergarten. It focuses on ethics and associated teaching profession. The theoretical part includes clarification of the theoretical concepts, such as ethics and morality. Describes the changes in history in the education of childcare, in the approach to the theory of education and the educator requirements. The practical part includes the research investigation, which focuses on the views of teachers and the general public on the professional morality associated with the creation of a code of ethics for teachers. Part of the research part is a description of the methods that were used to meet objectives. Also includes the interpretation of the data, and finally, evaluate the position of the public and of teachers to professional ethics educator with views on the content of the proposal for a code of ethics. The conclusion of the thesis assesses the evidence and circumstances, which have been identified in the course of the investigation.
Curriculum design and realization. The influence of vocational preparation of a teacher on the quality of creation the own pedagogical documentation

In the theoretical part, some basic terms are explained. Then, the personality of a teacher and the educational programme is put into the context. At the end of this part, the characteristics of content of the recommended curriculum of a preschool education is given. The practical part deals with the form of the project curriculum of preschool education, particularly with the educational program. Subsequent elements, such as content analysis and comprarison of the research sample, provide an outline of the educational prerequisites utilizable for creating the own pedagogical documentation.
Respect for the specifics of musical development of preschool

Precis: The thesis, research was at nursery school. Dealt with identifying whether they are respected musical development specific of preschool children. The research method used was a questionnaire survey, direkt observation, as well as an interview method of analysis and class documents. The research focused on levels of some factors that that affect compliance with specific set of development and implementation of the resulting needs. In particular, the level of professional competence and teacher influence speciffic knowledge of musical development of preschool age in their respect. Furthermore, as the criteria were examined and the classroom teacher created the conditions that enable compliance with specific musical development of preschool children.
Role of parents and grandparents in pre-school child education

- English version The dissertation "The role of parents and grandparents in pre-school children education" is processed as the follow-up of the Bachelor study named "The influence of the family on child personality development", which was defended in academical year 2007-2008 on South Bohemia University in eské Bud jovice. The key focus of this dissertation is the issue of parents and grandparents cooperation in education of pre-shool child. The theoretical part is concerned with the family, family system and consider as well the historical view towards the family. Further it informs about the key family functions: biologically-reproductive, economical, emotional and educational. The table with "The Model of Nine concepts of family educational styles" is the part of "The Family educational styles" chapter. The theoretical part of the dissertation tackles the internal and external elements which influence the family as well. The chapter No. 5 deals with roles of parents, the child's position in the family and the question of grandparents influence on the child's education. Kindergartens as a public service

The thesis is focused on providing pre-kindergarten education as a public service. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the parent school as educational institutions, legislative pre-school education and the role of the state as a public service provider of preschool education, the means of financing and providing services based on the founder's position of pre-school, the family as a partner in the educational impact. The practical part is based on research in two kindergartens. The portion of research findings confirmed that the parents understand the provision of preschool education in kindergartens as a public service, and consider state funding of preschool education for granted. The survey showed that what is provided the extra by kindergarten, parents understand the guaranteed services, without realizing that these services at kindergarten are beyond the educational work in kindergartens. Nursery school wants to draw attention to themselves, to get more students in the competition. According to the Framework Educational Programme for the provision of preschool education school activities is not a public service.
Kindergarten as public service

The aim of this work is to look into the issue of interpretation of the term public service in preschool education. The main goal is to find out how this service is understood by parents who use this service - whether their interpretation corresponds with the needs of children and to what extent they recognize the social mission of kindergarten. In addition, ttthe ambition here is to show the neccesity of change the traditional perception of education which has become part of market environment. Therefore the works highlights positive benefits of marketing management of school. The work is also focused on effective school communication as a way to reach the basic mission of school. The Specific Characteristics of a Child to Three Years of Age

Cílem diplomové práce byla identifikace typických znaků v hrové činnosti staršího batolete, identifikace kritérií výběru hraček i faktorů ovlivňujících hru a ověření intervence dospělé osoby do dětské hry - její akceptace a inspirace. K naplnění záměrů bylo zvoleno pozorování staršího batolete - prvorozené dcery autorky diplomové práce - po dobu jednoho roku ve známém sociálním prostředí. Byla přesně definovaná aktivita pozorování; záznamy pozorovaných jevů byly zaznamenávány v týdenních intervalech, které byly vyhodnoceny a sumarizovány do měsíčních výkazů, které jsou součástí diplomové práce a byly podkladem pro popis vývojové dynamiky konstruktivní, námětové, společenské, motorické a fantastické hry. Z popisu jednoznačně vyplynuly rozdíly typické pro pozorované dítě a na základě jejich analýzy a evaluace se podařila identifikace kritérií výběru hraček pro pozorované dítě, potřeba kontaktu s matkou pro určitou formu hry, vliv faktorů hry i prostředí na zaujetí dítěte, inspirace hry pro rozvoj komunikace a také činnost matky pro napodobivé chování dítěte. The cooperation possibilities at pedagogical work within the kindergarten

A huge development and changes within the educational system sphere have occurred recently which brought about several transfers at all schools degrees system. Time of transfers has brought new representation also for a pre-school education. Such has proved a needy of education content change, either the way of work. The transfer laid down a new approach towards children, parents. At the same moment also a rule of a teacher has risen and her/his approach to the child. New and higher demands of pedagogic white-collars are required. Thus requires a cooperation of all co-workers and collars. A needy of all teachers' co-operation, internally of a kinder-garden's collars is required while outer co-operation afford is also presented; i.e. towards parents and to the other public. The dissertation accommodates a theoretical acknowledgement on co-operation while searching a way of how co-operation of pedagogic staff is made with respect of style and methods during their co-operation and work with children. An assessment of questionnaire research forms a part of this dissertation work. There the opinions on given answers of pedagogic collars of pedagogic activity and co-operation within kinder-gardens are compared.
Possibilities of child-social development in conditions of a kindergarten

The subject of this work is reconnaissance of group and pedagogic influences to child socialization. A development of relation to children with facilited and authoritative leading is highlighted there. It results from the presumption that a child group has got express and socialistic meaning and the age contitution of the child group influences a quality of relations meaning the children and total atmosphere in a class. It supposes that varied age structure of the group is better for social development and getting a personal independence than age kindred one. It is focusing principally on the clearing of concepts like socialization, social development, social teaching, atmosphere in a class, age kindred group, varied age structure of group, facilited leading, authoritative leading are. Exemplary study of kindergarten creates a practical section. Which child group does realize wants of children and which way of leading does support to thein personál development is judged there. Conditions of the successful socialization are generalized from gainded finding. The socialization and its development is possible to trace on that of.
