The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the influence of applied fertilizers, specially digestate, on properties of soil sorption complex. The field experiment was established in 2014 at the plant research centre in Vatín near Žďár nad Sázavou. The vegetation cover was based on permanent grassland, maize monoculture and Norfolk cropping system. Types of fertilizers: anaerobic digestate, mineral (industrial) fertilizers and manure. The full fertilizer dose was 150 kg N / ha; P and K content are the same for all fertilizer variants. I determined hydrolytic acidity, base cation content, cation excange capacity and base cation saturation according to Kappen for samples from depths of 0 -10 cm and 10 - 20 cm.The application of digestate reduces hydrolytic acidity, increases the content of cations, cation exchange capacity, and the degree of saturation of sorption comlpex. These changes occur only at a depth of 0 - 10 cm.

Language support for children with different mother languagethrough working with a book in kindergarten

This diploma thesis deals with language support for children with a different mother language through the work with a book in the kindergarten. Its main aim is to design and implement lessons, that are focused on language support for children with different mother language through the work with a book in kindergarten. The effectiveness of the lessons are reflected in the individual levels of speech in the three groups of children with different levels of language support. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of the development of speech and language by the preschool children. Than it contains theoretical data about reading literacy and the ways of its development through the work with a book, also this part contains the specifics ot children with different mother language and the possibilities how to improve the language knowledge. The three groups of children with different mother language are examined in the practical part. Each of the group achieved different level of language during three months. The groups were diagnosed with an input test and an output test. These tests are compared at the end of the thesis, there we can see the progress that children made after three months of language support. Developement of syntax in written Czech at the pupils of lower secondary education

This dissertation thesis focuses on the topic of the development of syntax of written Czech at the pupils of lower secondary education on the material of written compositions of story-telling. The thesis characterises the form of current syntax of written Czech and its development depending on the age of pupils. The analysis is bases on two collections of texts - the texts in the first collection were produced by 6th to 9th primary school grade pupils based in a town near Prague, the second collection was produced by 6th to 9th primary school grade pupils in Prague. These data were then supplemented with corpus material. In total, there were 302 compositions analysed. Moreover, to depict the reality in its complexity, also curricular and educational materials were being analysed as well as lesson observations and structured interviews conducted with teachers. The comparison between the particular constituents of written syntax enables the conclusions to be drawn being based on the analysed material giving evidence on the current state and development of written syntax with pupils of 6th to 9th grade of primary school, as well as possible disparities of development of particular syntax constituents to be identified and some recommendations for teaching methodology to be conveyed.

This diploma thesis examines the process of preparation and implementation of a security policy as a means of information asset security management. The theoretical part describes security policies as an important part of information security management systems in a company and discusses the issue of virtual teams in terms of safety risks they pose for information security. This theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part of the thesis where a security policy is composed for a small IT company with virtual team organization.

Compared language skills of preschool age with the expected competencies

This dissertation deals with the language skills of the preschool children in comparison with the expected competences. The main aim of this dissertation is to discover the level of the preschool children language skills and to compare them with the expected competences. The additional aim is to ascertain the activities used by the pedagogues to evolve the language skills of the preschool children. The methods of the language skills development, the support of the communication and language skills in the nursery school and the factors influencing language skills are described on the base of the professional literature in the theoretic parts of this dissertation. The proposal of the solution for the pedagogue's work efficiency improvement and preschool children language skills quality improvement is composed on the base of the testing and the survey.

Analysis of written styles of students in primary school

The thesis deals with the analysis of written expression in the seventh year of primary school. It analyze pupil's essays that reflect the skills and knowledge but also focus on ignorance across all levels of the Czech language. The thesis serves as a valuable material to study skills in writing. The seventh year on grammar school is important for the pupils, because they can tranfer to high school. In the theoretical part we describe the methodology of analysis and we also mention other thesis dealing with this topic. We will deal with the concept of language and style in general, and consequently the relation of these two components. There are mentioned the features of the essays, the criteria for their evaluation and description of individual style units. It also includes requirements for students, which are written in education plan. On the concepts of education plan are based objectives in practical part of the thesis. The end of the theoretical part is focused on the psychological development of the pupils. Most of the theoretical knowledge is evidenced in the practical part. The practical part contains analysis of individual essays of the 7th grade students in terms of composition, spelling, stylization sentences, vocabulary and stylistic compliance department. František Trávníček, his personality and works ( with a particular focus on his linguisticmethodological activities )

Résumé This thesis deals with the personality and also with the work of Frantisek Travnicek, an important Czech linguist living between the years 1888 and 1961. Firstly, his life is briefly outlined, secondly this personality is introduced as an influential linguist of Czech Studies, as well as a long-time university official and teacher. His post-war political activities in the Communist Party are also mentioned. The thesis is focused on the works of Travnicek with a particular respect to his linguodidactic activities. One part is dedicated to his scientific writings and takes the cultural and historical context into account. This part summarises his considerably extensive and thematically varied work. Five essential areas of linguistics were defined (grammar, historical grammar, phonetics, phonology, word-formation and dialectology) which were much enriched by Travnicek. Nevertheless, there is a mention of some work which is of the kind that is impossible to label with any category listed, or the work which is represented in each category just by several writings. Finally, the influence on Travnicek's scientific activity is touched upon. The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis "Financial Analysis of Petrof spol. s r.o." is to evaluate the financial situation of the company and estimate its future development based on an analysis of publicly available data from 2007 to 2011. The Thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the methodology of financial analysis, which is then applied in the practical part. The Financial analysis includes horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis and application of prediction models (Index IN05, Kralicek quick test). The practical part additionally contains a description of the company and its history and also a comparison of the Petrof with other major manufacturers of musical instruments in the Czech Republic.

This bachelor thesis deals with risk assessment as a very important part of risk management. The theoretical part describes the position of risk assessment and risk management, its structure, content and purpose. It describes the process of risk assessment and its key parts -- the identification, analysis and evaluation of risk, dealing with risks and monitoring, and the particular ways they can be done. The practical part follows with an analysis of the current state of risk assessment of the selected company that operates in the international transport industry. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations to improve the risk assessment are given and the theories from the theoretical part are used and applied.
