This thesis is dealing with internal coaching programmes in organizations. It bases on the theory of coaching method, coaching models and its forms and it describes the process of coaching dialogues. It also confronts coaching with psychotherapy and talks about the role of a coach and requirements for his expertise in the methodology. The thesis is describing internal coaching programmes in general and include specific examples from practice. They talk about reasons and advantages of internal coaching compared to the external. A part of this is a model of internal coaching programme for the environment of a law firm. The model is showing the possible connection of internal coaching with the existing in-company processes and the concept of key competencies of an organization. The thesis is not only following the existing internal coaching models, it is also evaluating them and outlining possible potential of internal coaching programmes in companies.
Woman's harmony at work and family life

The subject of this bachelor's essay is problem of Work Life Balance from the woman's perspective. The study describes woman's position in the Czech society and labour market, using relevant sociological and statistical data. Author reveals the immediate link between maternity and disadvantaging of woman in the work. The text deals with the family life and its public support and employers' policies in detail.
Education as a tool for improving the quality of seniors' life

This bachelor's work focuses on education of elderly people, especially whether education influences the quality of their lives. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part summarises the findings of three thematic parts (old age and getting old, quality of life and the meaning of education for quality of life of elderly people) based on foreign and Czech literature. The work inspects the process of ageing and old age by using appropriate resources, it also inspects this issue from the demographic point of view, the role of international organisations concerning ageing issues, quality of life term definition, its dimensions, models and measurements. Then the work defines the concept of active ageing and deals with its determinants, the importance of education for a quality of life in old age, purpose of education of the elderly, its specifics and educational possibilities in the Czech Republic. The other empirical part focuses on quantitative correlation between satisfaction and education of the elderly people, areas of their interests and reasons for not participating in educational activities. Older Adults Excoursion Tour as a Specific Form of Education

This bachelor thesis focuses on the (sightseeing) tour for older adults as the specific form of education. The thesis is divided into five chapters. In the introductory chapter the main theme of this thesis is set into the context of demographical ageing and silver economy. Following two chapters focus on the specifics of older adults that are important for participation on tour for older adults. Simultaneously these chapters are focused on educational aspect to subsume the sightseeing tour into forms of adult education. Another part presents the specifics of the sightseeing tour for older adults in accordance with senior tourism. It is followed by analysis of the tour for older adults which are offered by travel agencies in the Czech Republic, which verifies a validity of theoretical knowledge about specifics of older adults presented in previous chapters. Aim of the Contribution to Senior Education is to create possible framework for understanding this area of Adult Education. Theses characterize categories of age and aging, changes in role of senior in historical point of view, defines senior and agieng throug W orld Health Organization conception, sociological theories and gender aspects of ageing. It describes psychic chances in old age and its consequences to senior education. Age mainstreaming strategy help to create certain demands on senior education. There are examples of education activities that are commonly run in the Czech Republic. The contribution of this theses is to broaden view on senior education and overcome stereotyphical understanding of old age as loss of programme.enior education seems to be very important, thanks to demographic changes and its importance will grow. Therefore it is considerable to know possibilities and limits of senior education and offer adequate education activity.
Education towards inter-religious tolerance

The following thesis is focused on the theoretical background on education towards inter-religious tolerance. First, it concentrates on explaining central terms such as Faith, Tolerance and Church. Then it focuses on Religion as a subject, from the Sociology and Psychology of Religion point of views and also on terms such as Spirituality and Transcendence. It is followed by the description of types and forms of religion, focusing shortly on the main world religions and their history. Then the position of religion in the present times is addressed, as well as how it might affect modern society. Several options are proposed for the basic purpose of education towards religious tolerance, such as dialogue, tolerance education and historical, psychological, culture anthropological and multicultural views are also included. Some possible educational techniques and methods helpful to the cause are proposed, as well as pinpointing possible target groups and recipients of such a programme. The last part is dedicated to the authors critical view on the problem, identifying weak points and possible dangers in the process.
Key Ideas of Franz Pöggeler's Andragogical Concept

This bachelor thesis deals with the key andragogical ideas of Franz Pöggeler. Pöggeler was an important German adult educator in the second half of the 20th century and he is considered to be one of the founders of andragogy as an independent scientific discipline. The thesis is primarily based on Pöggeler's major andragogical work, Erwachsenenbildung: Einführung in die Andragogik (Adult Education: Introduction to Andragogy), which was published in 1974. The aim of the thesis is to interpret and organise Pöggeler's key andragogical ideas and to provide an integrated view of his andragogical concept in the context of his era. The thesis also includes a critical assessment of Pöggeler's andragogical ideas. Tématem mé bakalářské práce je obsazování žen do vedoucích pozic. V našich společenských poměrech se jedná o problematiku velice často diskutovanou a medializovanou. Přesto však existuje řada předsudků a stereotypů, které jsou v naší společnosti pevně zakořeněny a znemožňují tak ženám plně se realizovat. Cílem práce je poskytnout náhled na problematiku zaměstnaných žen - a zvláště pak žen ve vedoucích funkcích - z pozic personálního řízení. Celá problematika je velice široká a zahrnuje mnoho různých aspektů. Budu se zabývat především takovými aspekty, jako je rovnost příležitostí na trhu práce, postavení žen na trhu práce a především postavení žen ve vedoucích pozicích. Zaměřím se na některé atributy pracovního a rodinného prostředí z pohledu žen ve vedoucích pozicích se všemi pozitivními a negativními stránkami, které tato pozice přináší.

The Bachelor Thesis "'Motivation Programmes of Organizations" focuses on an extremely important area within personnel management. Employee motivation is crucial to the effective operation of businesses. Motivation programmes assist in increasing and maintaining employee motivation and demonstrate an organization's interest in its employees. This piece is on one hand concerned with theoretical foundations of motivation, describing theories and concepts important to the area of human behaviour and work motivation, while at the same time targeting the applied aspects of motivation programme creation within organizations. In the final chapter, a motivation programme of a selected company is presented and subsequently evaluated.
Key personnel skills development of pharmaceutical managers

Graduation thesis Key Personnel Skills Development of Pharmaceutical Managers concentrates on the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes of managers, in accordance with current requirements and demands which they have to cope with, such as flexibility of thinking, innovation, managerial, leadership and soft skills enhancement, changes in the organizational culture. Theoretical part is related to the analysis of particular educational program, which concentrates on the skill development of pharmaceutical company managers, and also consists of a questionnaire survey related to the practical use of the developed social skills. Acquired data were consequently used for program update recommendation and validation of the overall strategie concept of managerial education in Zentiva.
