Coaching as a tool to increase the performance of employees

Companies strive to stand up on the marketplace and prosper. Naturally, hiring the best people is necessary as much as facilitating employees to work at their full potential. This present thesis investigates the relationship between managerial coaching and employee's performance. First, using information from interview of managers. And second, using data from a sample of 102 respondents, multiple regression analysis and Pearson correlation analysis was conduced with SPSS software. The result found that managerial coaching as an indirect impact on employee performances. This thesis provides data on coaching effectiveness.
Comparison of Two Models of Business in Sport

The purpose of the Master's Thesis is to compare two models of business when applied to riding schools. The Thesis seeks the answer to the question whether is it preferable to be an association of tradesmen, or a civic association. In the theoretical part are defined the basic concepts connected with the sport of horse-riding, financial statement and financial analysis. In the practical part there are two financial analyses, the first analysis contains data from the association of tradesmen, and the second is similar, but applied to civic association. The financial analyses use horizontal and vertical analyses and several financial ratios. In the Thesis, the impact of the new civil code on civic associations is contained.
Czech consumers’ perception analysis of guerilla and traditional types of marketing communications

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to clarify the perception of guerilla marketing communications and traditional marketing communications by Czech consumers, their relation to business communications and to prove high efficiency of guerilla marketing communications. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there are presented specifics and instruments of both traditional communication mix and guerrilla marketing communications. In the practical part of the thesis, there is a quantitative research of Czech consumers' perception of marketing communications made and the results of this research are presented.
The specifics of personal selling techniques in retail banking

The aim of this thesis is to look into the specifics of personal selling techniques in retail banking and to support theoretical backround with a survey of customer satisfaction with personal banking advisory services in a selected retail bank. The paper starts with an overview of theoretical background of marketing and personal selling techniques and its use in retail banking. The theoretical part of the thesis then covers practical approaches to marketing research. The practical part of the thesis then aims to look into implementation of theoretical concepts into practice in a selected banking institution. The results of the customer satisfaction survey are also analyzed in this part of the thesis in order to shed some light on the connection between theory and practice. The results of the survey are then interpreted and a number of suggestions is made on the back of the analysis of responses.
Specifics of B2B marketing on a practical example of the company 3M Česko

The bachelor thesis focuses on the area of B2B marketing as a whole and on its main differences from marketing on consumer markets (B2C). Those differences are then concretely shown on the practical example of the company 3M Česko, specifically on the product category Office supplies, where the B2B marketing strategy, tactics as well as the operative activities are described.
Retro brands and their influence on the consumer behavior of juveniles

This thesis is dedicated to the retro style, namely the Czech retro brands and what is their influence on the consumer behavior of juveniles. The theoretical part defines brand and especially the key term retro marketing. Next part focuses on the renewed Czech brands and it selects four specific examples of these brands. These brands are then analyzed in terms of their history and from the viewpoint of their current strategy. In the practical part, a quantitative research method focus group is made. The outputs of this research are then analyzed and the results are interpreted. The aim of the work is to determine whether the retro brands have any influence on the consumer behavior of juveniles. It also aims to reveal their specific motives for purchase, and whether these include aspects such as history, tradition and origin of the product.
Analysis of marketing mix and brand perception of Red Bull company.

This thesis discusses the marketing mix and the brand of the Red Bull company. In the first, basal part of the work are described the theoretical starting points for the marketing mix and the brand. In the practical part are descibed individual components of the mix. These are here categorized while using the 4P marketing mix. The thesis evaluates and analyses individual activities of the company and then explains their impact on perception of the brand by customers. With the help of a past research which took place in the years 2013 and 2015. Thesis evaluates the influence of chosen strategies on students in czech universities and their relevance to the student lifestyle.
Analysis of marketing-mix of the company AAA AUTO a.s.

This work is focused on analysis of marketing mix in the company AAA Auto. The primary aim is to analyse the functionality of each marketing-mix components of the company. Particular attention is paid on the used-car market and its specifics. The secondary aim is to perform a questionnaire research within customers of the company. The work is divided into introduction, theoretical-methodological part, practical part and conclusion. The theoretical part consists of a review which includes the information about marketing, marketing-mix and marketing research. The company AAA Auto is introduced in the practical part, along with the analysis of marketing-mix elements. Special emphasis is put on the used-car market correspondingly to its differentness. Data from questionnaire research and its evaluation are added as well. At the close is summarized the obtained information. As a conclusion, suggestions for further improvement in every single element are proposed.
Business plan – video games shop and rental

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan that would be attractive, reasonably practicable under the Czech market conditions and profitable investment with reasonable payback period. My work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The first part focuses on the notions of entrepreneurship in general and in the Czech Republic, legal forms of business, structure and requirements of the business plan and information about the video games market. In the practical part is already contained the actual business plan of specific enterprise with information about funding strategies, marketing plans and SWOT analysis. Conclusion of the thesis contains summary of the work and attachments that contain information on which I based some parts of the document.

This thesis deals with launch of a new product to the market from the marketing perspective with main focus on marketing mix. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part deals with marketing research, strategic and tactic marketing, in general. Practical part implements findings from theoretical part. Main goal of this thesis is to choose target segment and create a positioning to it all based on a market research. This gives the base to define product, create a pricing strategy and develop a distribution strategy and also to make a communication mix.
