Diplomová práce si klade za cíl porovnat dvě formy podnikání v oblasti jezdectví. Práce hledá odpověď na otázku, zda je pro podnikatele výhodnější podnikat jako živnostník, nebo ve formě občanského sdružení. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy spojené se sportem, jezdectvím, účetní závěrkou a finanční analýzou. V praktické části je vypracována finanční analýza živnostenského podnikání, která je následně převedena do modelu občanského sdružení. V práci tedy nalezneme dvě samostatné finanční analýzy s využitím horizontálních i vertikálních analýz a analýz poměrových ukazatelů. Je zde zahrnut i dopad nového občanského zákoníku na občanská sdružení. The purpose of the Master's Thesis is to compare two models of business when applied to riding schools. The Thesis seeks the answer to the question whether is it preferable to be an association of tradesmen, or a civic association. In the theoretical part are defined the basic concepts connected with the sport of horse-riding, financial statement and financial analysis. In the practical part there are two financial analyses, the first analysis contains data from the association of tradesmen, and the second is similar, but applied to civic association. The financial analyses use horizontal and vertical analyses and several financial ratios. In the Thesis, the impact of the new civil code on civic associations is contained.
