The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan that would be attractive, reasonably practicable under the Czech market conditions and profitable investment with reasonable payback period. The first part focuses on the notions of entrepreneurship in general and in the Czech Republic, legal forms of business, structure and requirements of the business plan and information about the video games market. In the practical part is already contained the actual business plan of specific enterprise with information about funding strategies, marketing plans and SWOT analysis. Conclusion of the thesis contains summary of the work and attachments that contain information on which I based some parts of the document.
