This bachelor thesis is about the marketing mix of NOVOS NJ Ltd. The company has two different sources of business, namely a carpentry shop and a recreation centre. The thesis mainly focuses on the latter part, namely the recreation centre. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part describes the most important concepts in the field of marketing. The analytical part describes the current state of the company and its analysis and the design part containssuggestions for improving its marketing mix.

The diploma thesis deals with marketing communication of a selected fitness centre in Brno. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part, explains the basic theoretical concepts related to the topic of the thesis. The second, analytical part, analyses the current situation of the fitness centre and the marketing research in the form of a questionnaire survey and individual interviews. The third, design part, contains suggestions for improving marketing communication through a newly created website.

Táto bakalárska práca vychádza z návrhu na zlepšenie marketingovej komunikácie v Penzióne U Krba. V súčasnosti je marketing a marketingová komunikácia so svojimi nástrojmi neúnosne najdôležitejšími krokmi na dosiahnutie požadovaných cieľov pre gastronómiu a hotelierstvo. Hlavným cieľom práce je preskúmať súčasný stav marketingovej komunikácie a navrhnúť spôsoby jej zlepšenia. Uvedené informácie boli získané prostredníctvom priamej komunikácie s vedúcimi predstaviteľmi reštaurácií a analýzou. Výsledky týchto šetrení priniesli jednotný obraz marketingového posolstva reštaurácie. Návrhovú časť práce tvorí analýza výsledkov zameraná na neefektívnosť a nedostatky.

The theoretical part deals with knowledge from the literature, especially from the field of marketing, marketing communication, sales promotion and advertising. The analytical part consists of the presentation of real estate agent, analysis of the 4P marketing mix, competition analysis, SLEPT analysis, client analysis and summary analysis. The last part deals with my own proposals to improve marketing communication in sales promotion and advertising.

The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing. In the second part, the practical one, the theoretical knowledge is applied and the current state of the company is analysed. The last part shows the author's recommendations and suggestions for improving the marketing mix of the company.
