Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingových mixem společnosti NOVOS NJ s.r.o. Firma má dva rozdílné zdroje podnikání, a to stolárnu a rekreační areál. Práce se zaměřuje především na tu druhou část, a to tedy rekreační areál. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních části. Teoretická část popisuje nejdůležitější pojmy z oblasti marketingu. Analytická část popisuje aktuální stav podniku a jeho analýzu a návrhová část obsahuje návrhy pro zlepšení jeho marketingového mixu This bachelor thesis is about the marketing mix of NOVOS NJ Ltd. The company has two different sources of business, namely a carpentry shop and a recreation centre. The thesis mainly focuses on the latter part, namely the recreation centre. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part describes the most important concepts in the field of marketing. The analytical part describes the current state of the company and its analysis and the design part containssuggestions for improving its marketing mix.
