Connection between education and labour market: with marketing access in conditions of a university

The doctoral thesis "Connection between education and labour market" is a reaction to changes on the national and international market which are also reflected by the changes of the character of work and requirements on labour force. It is the interest of the society and universities to prepare graduates in such educational programmes, whose contents meet the requirements of the labour market. The aim is to have graduates prepared for employment. A precondition on the fulfilment of this task is the cooperation of educational institutions with the labour market and firms. The connection of education and the labour market is also reflected in the documents of The Ministry of Education, which follow up with the policy of development of tertiary education in Europe in the framework of the Bologna process. Marketing access is used as a starting point for investigation of the followed problems at a theoretical level in chapter one. This access includes establishing contacts with the outer environment on the side of inputs and outputs, which enables the connection of educational institutions with the work environment. 1 ABSTRACT The work deals in general with the acquisition and keeping of the necessary knowledge and skills needed for work in an industrial company with a high degree of automation of production operations. Attention is focused mainly on the issue of the entry level acquired at school and subsequently personnel development in lifelong learning. At the same time, the issue of determining career paths and competence matrices, on which the need for educational measures is based, is also taken into account. Methodology of using combat games in the environment of alternative forest schools of pre-primary and primary education, as possible prevention of bullying and healthy development of pupils.

The diploma thesis "Methodology of the use of rough-and-tumble play in the environment of alternative forest schools of pre-primary and primary education as a possible prevention of bullying." points to the area of children's games, which are inherently associated with such physical manifestation that it can cause all sorts of concerns in adults. The rough-and-tumble play as well as fighting and combat play are in question considered in this thesis as a kind of games, sometimes possibly neglected, but necessary for the healthy development of children's personalities. If the development of children and pupils is the goal of school facilities, then the possible inclusion of combat and combat games in these environments seems to be suitably developing. Alternative schools, in this case forest kindergartens and primary schools, are so open to innovation that this thesis chose them for the imaginary incorporation of rough-and- tumble play into their curriculum. It also outlines the possible context between the conscious fighting game of children and their perception of bullying, or the possible influence of the fighting game on the elimination of these undesirable behaviours. Marketingová komunikace se nepojí pouze se ziskovou sférou. Své nezastupitelné místo má i v procesu řízení škol a školských zařízení. Marketing školám slouží k naplňování jejich cílů, a i samotný marketingový mix pro oblast vzdělávání je díky svým specifikům rozšířením původního marketingového mixu. Marketingovou komunikací se školy snaží oslovovat jak zájemce o studium a stávající žáky, tak i jejich zákonné zástupce. V dnes tak konkurenčním prostředí musí školy volit vhodné taktiky, jak je oslovovat. Cílem práce bylo zanalyzovat marketingovou komunikaci vybraných základních škol a navrhnout doporučení ke zefektivnění a zatraktivnění komunikace dané školy. Webové stránky základních škol slouží jako primární zdroj požadovaných informací, i když u některých informací, zvláště pak u těch o výuce přejímají prioritu elektronické informační systémy školy. Dle dotazníkového šetření jsou právě webové stránky místem, kam samotní žáci přicházejí pro informace. Webové stránky zkoumaných základních škol vykazují jisté chyby a nedokonalosti, ale cílové skupiny jsou s komunikací většinou spokojeny. This diploma thesis deals with the issues related to the quality management system in the field of secondary education, specifically in relation to the provision of education with an apprenticeship certificate. The quality management system is mostly associated with the private sector as a production process. However, the quality of services is as important as the quality of products. Quality management has also been known to the public sector for several years. Also state administration organizations, local authorities, universities, etc. deal with the quality management system. Secondary schools should certainly not be excluded from this sphere, as it is a necessary part of the school education system. The quality of the education provided, its course and results should undoubtedly be systematically managed. The first part of the thesis contains the definition of basic concepts focused on education and the school education system, defining quality, quality management methods (ISO, TQM, EFQM, CAF) and the principles of quality management in education. The subject of the diploma thesis entitled Development of pedagogical staff in relation to trends in the management of secondary schools is the analysis of approaches in terms of national strategy, but also in terms of secondary schools themselves. The theoretical part presents the educational policy and educational system in the Czech Republic, the legislative concept and definition of education and a description of the control body, which is the Czech School Inspectorate. The work also contains a theoretical basis and theoretical background of the issues focused on the strategic management of human resources in general, but also in the concept of secondary education. The starting point of the research is the approach to strategic management of human resources in the field of education of teachers at secondary schools according to conceptual documents focusing on the quality of education and development of teachers in the Czech Republic and the use of funds offered by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The goal of the diploma thesis is to identify key areas of management of an educational organization and - based on an analysis of the current situation - to suggest possible improvements to ensure a long-term successful and competitive organization.
