The analytical part is focused on a specific company, its current economic situation and analyses the provided employee benefits. Bachelor thesis also includes proposing changes for higher satisfaction of employees and at the same time cost optimization.

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout změnu motivačního systému ve firmě CRV CZ. Pozornost je věnována analýze současného motivačního systému a jeho nedostatkům. Na základě teorických východisek a dat sesbíraných z rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření byly navrženy čtyři změny současného motivačního systému. Tyto návrhy zlepší motivaci zaměstnanců a jejich pracovní spokojenost, a tedy hospodářské výsledky celé firmy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the solution of the motivation system issue and the employee evaluation in the company Jihomoravská armaturka, s.r.o. Initially, I approach the theoretical issue of the motivation, stimulation and the possiblity of the employee evaluation. The analytical part outlines the company and the contemporary situation of the motivation system and employee evaluation system. Pursuant to the analysis evaluation of the company, I suggest the solution, which would serve the company as the increase of the working and employee efficiency.

Diploma thesis is dealing with contemporary situation in family center Bruno family park in Brno. Theoretical part is brief summary of theoretical background from available literature about human resource management, personnel work, employee motivation, remuneration, job satisfaction, etc. Analytical part contains evaluation actuall personnel situation in the family center, evaluates positive sides and negative sides from sight of employees and management as well. To get needed informations was used survey research between employees and part-time workers and interview with management. This thesis is also focused on job satisfaction and motivation of part-time workers, becouse they are the largest group of workers in company. In proposal part are sugestions of identified problems and try to optimalization of actuall situation.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on evaluation of fluctuation rate in České dráhy, a. s. company and on satisfaction of its employees which is obtained by survey process. First part is focused on concept of fluctuation in general - its causes, positives and negatives. Analytical part is dedicated to calculation of ratio index during period of 2012 – 2014, calculation of fluctuation for years 2010 – 2014 and evaluation of survey. In the last part there are suggestions according to the survey.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose measures to improve the selection process for new employees and also improve working relations in the company Partners, a.s. The main theoretical benefits of this work include the enlargement of the theoretical knowledge of the issue, the extension of the scope of theoretical knowledge and also the possibility of using this work as a starting point for future research. The practical benefits of the work are the improvement of the selection of new employees of the company Partners, a.s. and the improvement of the current state of relations in the workplace. The theoretical methods and models used in this work are CPM, OCAI, 7S and SWOT.
