In my thesis I prepare design of organizational change of Catholic University Student's Movement Brno, o.s., non-profit organization. It describes the objectives and activities of the association and it defines key positions, characteristics of workload of teams, collaborates and volunteers. My thesis describes competences and responsibilities of individual team members. It describes also management of the whole organization including team meeting's organization.

Company growth typically results in creation of specific departments and tasks segmentation, which may lead to the occurrence of communication problems and the need of functional coordination. In accord with these changes new management roles appear and the company organization scheme becomes a matter of rearrangement.

This work deals with internal communication in the team, which provides the organization of the cultural festival. Internal communication in this case represents communication in group, leadership, delegation and conflict management. The main objective of this work is to describe in detail, analyze and evaluate communication from the perspective of groups, but especially from the perspective of the leader of this group.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of leadership and delegation, more specifically with the application of theoretical concepts of the delegation to the chosen leaders in a particular company. The purpose of this work was to explore the way of understaning of selected leaders towards delegating and how they use it. The other objective was to compare the process of delegation from different perspective of superiors and subordinates workers. This paper is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is a theoretical part which deals with leadership and delegation issues. The second chapter is a methodical part which describes the procedures used in the practical part and characterizes the respondents' samples. The last chapter is a practical part which shows qualitative character and includes the research itself and interprets the information obtained. The final part is devoted to the summary of the findings.
The use of modern management methods and techniques in the management of selected subjects

This thesis focuses on the analysis of management techniques and methods in the selected company. The aim was to analyze the techniques and management methods, characterize the possibility of their use in enterprises and design an optimal system of modern management methods in selected subjects. Theoretical part was created for reading professional publications on the topic, and the theoretical results were obtained by interview with the manager of the company, and electronic questionnaires were sent to managers. At the conclusion of the drafting of measures that should improve the functioning of the organization.

The aim of this diploma theses is detection of manager's motivational role in OVB Allfinanz corp. -- their awareness of motivational role, exploitation of motivational role in their work and their self -- evaluation. Questionnaire is fundamental research method. In the case of detection some failure in this area, suggesting potential arrangement.
Fiscal Agencies - Solution to Fiscal Problems

This thesis deals with the problem of an extent to which fiscal policy can be delegated to an independent fiscal agency, which is considered as the tool to minimize the deficit bias and also with applying this solution in case of Slovakia. Foreign literature and comparison of this type of institutions that operate in several EU countries are used as bases for solving this problem. The main outcome of this thesis is a design of a fiscal council for the Slovak Republic, which main function is to analyze public finances sustainability, fiscal policy evaluation and preparation of macroeconomic forecasts. What is more, it has some additional functions in the evaluation of measures that have an impact on fiscal policy.
Manažerské dovednosti v procesu jednání a vyjednávání

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou manažerských schopností a dovedností v procesu jednání a vyjednávání. Znalosti a dovednosti manažera jsou významným faktorem efektivity práce manažera a ovlivňují rovněž efektivní fungování podniku jako celku. Úvodní část této práce se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou osobnosti manažera, shrnuje podstatné schopnosti a dovednosti, které jsou důležité pro práci manažera. Dále vysvětluje blíže samotný proces jednání a vyjednávání, roli informace v procesu jednání a vyjednávání a závěr úvodní části patří systémům podporující proces jednání a vyjednávání. V další části se věnuje vypracování podrobné analýzy zjištěných poznatků u manažerů společnosti OVB Allfinanz, a.s. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis a hodnocení vybraných znalostí a dovedností manažerů a podání návrhu na jeho změnu. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplynulo, že úroveň manažerských způsobilostí ve zkoumaném podnikatelském subjektu je velice dobrá. Dospěla jsem k závěru, že úspěšnost vedoucího pracovníka ovlivňují zejména dovednosti v oblasti vedení a motivace podřízených pracovníků.
