Marketing mix

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the marketing mix for company HET, analyzing every individual instruments and the subsequently for the improvements. This thesis is composed of two parts,literature reviewed and with personal advice for solution, which falls under subchapter suggestions and recommendations. The first part of thesis are basic concepts associated, included with marketing and marketing mix with a focus on four basic marketing tools. The second part describes the company HET, there are also discussed a partial parts of the marketing mix of the company and also marketing micro-environment in which the company leads. Based on the collected informations which leads to analyzing and later are suggested and recommended advices which could help to have more effectively influence of the marketing mix.
Marketing on social networks

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on marketing communications on social networks in recruitment agency OPENN. The work is composed of three parts: literature review, own work and draft recommendations. The first part describes the basic concepts of marketing, marketing mix and communication mix, whose tools are used to successful marketing on social networks. Among other things, thesis informs on major social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube and Instagram. It further outlines the popularity of social networking among users and companies in the Czech Republic. In own part of work is briefly characterized company OPENN, her history and the list services it provides. Subsequently is dismantled marketing of company on the social networks. The results are compared with three small recruitment agencies that are active on social networks. To improve activity of recruitment agency OPENN on social networks, was also conducted a questionnaire survey among candidates applying for a job. The result is finding the use of social networking by people who are moving into the labor market and the use of social networks by other companies in the search for candidates. Based on the information is proposed a possible recommendations that could help the company better visibility on social networks.
Implementation of ITIL processes company underlining role of Incident Management

Thesis covers IT management with emphasis on incident management and its implementation to company, which desires to apply the best practice of information technology service management. First part of the thesis defines common language of modern management of IT processes -- Information Technology Infrastructure Library in its last 3rd version from 2011 (ITIL v3). Furthermore paper analyzes the function and role of Incident Management within company and its connections to other processes. Second part of the thesis describes practical implementation of the Incident Management and comparison of state before and after ITIL compliant processes.
Life Cycle Costs of Property Owned by the City

The master thesis focuses on problems connected with the life cycle cost of property owned by the city. It analyses general issues of the life cycle cost of construction, but it mainly analyses the ways in which local authorities manage their properties and their cost. Those methods are applied in a case study, that addresses the cost and management of swimming pool sites which are owned by the city Brno.
Economic Analysis of Selected Areas determined for Building in the Municipality

This thesis aims to create a tool for evaluation of suitability to invest into a preparation of a specific area for family houses construction. This investment includes costs for land buy-outs as well as costs for public and technical infrastructures. The theoretical part of this thesis begins with types and properties of investment projects, lify cycle of a project and its financial sources. Following chapter concentrates on description of multicriteria analysis that is used for decision making process of an investing company. Its advantage is that it includes into its computation also non-economic parameters. Based on this multicriteria analysis a case study for chosen areas suitable for houses was conducted. The case study shows economic efficiency evaluation of an investment into chosen areas suitable for houses and includes suggestions of other parameters that could be added into the analysis.
Assessment of the economic efficiency of the investment project

The subject of this thesis is to assess the economic efficiency of the investment project. The theoretical part focuses on the basic definitions related to investment decisions on the investment project and the project life cycle, cash flows and their predictions and recommendations to set them correctly, methods useful for assessing the effectiveness of the investment project and the indicators presenting the financial stability and feasibility of the project as well as factors affecting the overall investment decision, and finally the possibility of financing of the investment projects in the private sector. In the practical part there are the theoretical findings applied in the real investment project. Specifically, there will be analyzed the characterized investment project and its possible alternatives and finally made the assessment of economic efficiency.
Software Development Processes Improvement

This master's thesis is oriented on software development processes improvement techniques. It presents modern approaches of process development and analyses problems of their management and usage in various life cycle phases. In connection with these techniques it brings draft of support tool, which increases automatization of processes development with pertinent cooperation with other tools, as one of presumptions of improvement of their quality.

Created solution can be used as project documentation for the subsequent development of application itself. The result of this thesis allow the reuse of this principles and practices to future projects of similar scope.
