Legal regime applicable to land in the protected areas and protective zones The aim of my thesis is to analyse the legal regime, which is applied to the protected areas and protective zones. Both institutes can be grouped among the environment protection instruments. They are also applied to the protection of other objects (e.g., water mains, cultural monuments, electric communications), especially they are applied to the protected areas. They are universal instruments because they are used in various branches of law. To achieve the objective, which is to establish the protected areas and protective zones, limitation of property rights to the respective immovables happen. The level of regulation is not always the same. Particular limitations are various and they are contained either directly in a respective act or in a regulation, which establishes a protected area or protective zone, or they are mentioned in both legal enactments. They can be formed as restrictions of particular activities with the possibility of making an exception (there are also absolute restrictions, in this case no exceptions can be made) or as activities, which can be performed only when they are approved by a respective authority. Evaluation of the Impact of Town and Country Planning on the Land Prices in Brno

This thesis deals with evaluation of the impact of town and country planning on the administrative land price and the market land price in cadastral area Medlánky in the corporate town of Brno. By a case study it is simulated that the selected plot is an agricultural land, a land designated for building-up according to ground plan and finally a building land. The land prices are determined by the applicable valuation rules and by market price at each step. The influence of land networking on the final land price is solved as a part of this thesis. Based on the obtained results it is evaluated, how the various stages of planning affect the price of land and what is the difference due.

Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures to grant planning permission The Diploma Thesis Zuzana Jílková Abstract The Diploma Thesis entitled "Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures to grant planning permission" presents an analysis of the concept of the "neighbour" in the individual procedures to grant a planning permission under the Building Act, namely the planning permission proceedings, the summary planning permission proceedings, the planning consent issuance, the conclusion of a public contract and the regulatory plan issuance. Procedural rights of the neighbour are analysed in detail. The neighbour, in its capacity as an interested person, may actively use these rights and thereby influence the course and outcome of the proceedings. The thesis focuses primarily on the planning permission proceedings and objections which neighbours may raise against the construction project under the conditions set out in the Building Act. The aim of the thesis is to create an image of the neighbour by means of an analysis of the various procedures and to outline the problematic aspects of the current legislation regarding in particular the defence before the administrative courts in the simplified procedures. ABSTRACT The bacalor project design and get a new ideas for historical garden areas in Kromeriz. This fields are written to The Word heritage UNESCO. This is the fact, that garden was exciting for ours ancestry , that is still actually for us and do need our special care for the future as well. There are two parts of area. A.) Nederlands garden where is design new exhibition centre. B.) Souths garden design for a new social and cultural canon. For income of turist is there baroque entrance-building that do need rekonstruction. In this project was designed new flat sne centre for gardening education. The nederlands garden has a new look of LAND ART with tree dominants like a hill with building imide, lake and shaped forest. One of the most dominaiting factor is an ax.

Different type of biomass parcels after the harvest as a microbiotope for invertebrates

Epigeic beetle communities were studied on four types of biomass bales in the cadastral unit Vrbice u Žitné, district Prachatice. Involved were bales a of grass silage stored on the edge of permanent grassland, on hay bales individually placed on permanent grassland , followed by straw bales scattered in the fields of arable land and straw bales stored on the edge of arable land. The first three types of bales were in position only few months (2-3), while straw bales at the fourth position had been more than one year. The sampling method was selected a sieving of detritus. In the bales of hay were found 9 species of 5 families. In hay bales were found 7 species of 4 families. In the straw bales (which spent in position less time - 3 months), were found 10 species of 6 families. In the bales which were in position 13 months, were found 14 species of 4 families. Index of anthropogenic influence on communities demonstrated that the positions are strongly influenced.

The aim of this bachelor work "Vegetable alkaloids, their usage and abuse during the history of humanity" is to demonstrate the basic toxicological and pharmacological thesis to readers, furthermore the history of usage and especially abuse all the vegetables that contain alkaloids. One of the important parts illustrates the selected representative toxic plants that occur and can be found in our lands, in addition their usage from the antique periods till today. This work also focuses to the misuse of these vegetables in the area of poisoning and on the other hand their usage in the traditional medicine, homeopathy and also in the modern medicine. Agroclimatic analysis of perspective changes of starting production conditions for agricultural entities and related impacts to land valuation system

The aim of this report is to evaluate the analyses prepared within the contractual research collaboration implemented within the project number of the EEA-CZ02 1-039-2015-OV-called "Complex planning, monitoring, information and educational tools to adapt the territory to the impacts of climate change with major focus on agricultural and forest landscape management" funded by the EEA Fund 2009 - 2014 program CZ02 - Biodiversity and ecosystem services /. The study focuses on the South Moravian Region (SMR) and follows a report assessing the impact of expected climatic conditions prepared for the above-mentioned project in October 2016. Like the previous study, this part is processed based on the 5 selected global circulation models (GCMs) and for two emission scenarios and the period 2021-2040. Since a detailed description of the scenarios includes a previous report confines itself in this text only on the most important outputs relevant to SMR.

The analysis of landscape changes the influence comprehensive landscaping

The purpose of this study was to analyse and asses the landscape changes on selected cadastral areas with completed comprehensive landscaping. For this purpose, two appropriate cadastral territory were selected, the cadastral area Borkovice and the cadastral area Myslkovice. The analysis was performed at three time periods - before the project the landscaping, in the project of landscaping and in the current state of the landscape. The changes in the landscape were assessed according to the state land use, road networks and territorial system of ecological stability. The results were processed into individual tables and graphs, providing information on the status of proposed and actually implemented elements.

Submitted report introduced results obtained by researchers from the Institute of Global Change Research and the Department of Geoinformatics of University Palacký in Olomouc. From all activities the following activities are the most important: Habitat mapping of agricultural and non-agricultural plots in the Kopanický stream catchment according to Seják at al. (2003) a Seják at al. (2010); Computation of the indicators of landscape fragmentation and ecological stability for Kopanický stream catchment; Valuation of land use change from the point of view of the optimalization of the selected ecosystem functions performance and selected provisioning and regulating ecosystem service provision, including financial valuation; and Valuation of functional land use from point of views territorial planning of small villages and environmental demands to landscape.
