This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to possibilities of using coaching in the work of building and land offices. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to find out what employees of these offices know about coaching and how they are satisfied with the state of leadership and management in their workplace. The result is to formulate conclusions and recommendations, which were compiled from the results of the questionnaire and structured interviews.

My bachelor‘s thesis deals with coaching as a method of managerial development and the opportunities its application brings into the construction industry. The aim of the thesis is to show how coaching isused to developmanagers‘ skills in building companies, and what impact it may have on the companies’ operation. The theoretical part introducest he basic terms and theories related to the topic. Based on a questionnaire survey and a series of structured interviews, the practical part analyzes whether and possibly to what extent building companies and their managers are familiar with the coaching method.

Coaching as a method of increasing work efficiency

This bachelors thesis deals with the terms couching and increase of work effectiveness due to coaching. Its aim is to give a basic explanation of both terms and, subsequently, to study a work environment, where coaching is used as a type of personal management. This bachelors thesis should introduce the function of coaching, its fundamentals and tools it works with, mainly a coaching interview. The subsequent research focuses on a coaching interview in more detail. It shows what such an interview looks like in real life and it compares theory with practice. At the same time, the thesis strives to find out through a questionnaire what it is like for the coached persons to work at a position, where coaching is used, how the interviews are constructed, what their benefits are and how they provide motivation. An important part of the thesis is also a comparison of answers of the coached persons with a transcript of the interviews and a consequent comparison with the real achieved results of coached employees.
The role of coaching in social services

This bachelor´s thesis deals with coaching as an instrument of social work. The theoretical part explains to us all the terms necessary to become familiar with this issue. Specifically, it specify the terms social work, social services, helping professions, supervision, social worker, the code of ethics of social worker, burnout syndrome amongst social workers, competence of managers in social services and professional development of employees in the social sphere. It also specify the terms of coaching, basic rules of coaching, basic principles of coaching, executive as a coach, external and internal barriers of coaching, the benefits of coaching and coaching in social services. The practical part contains a survey targeted at mapping of what the real situation in the field of coaching in specific social organizations from selected areas is, and what given coaching organization method they utilize, what is their experience and what are the perceived benefits of coaching from their perspective.

The aim of bachelor's thesis "System proposal of further education in business sector" is the education of employees in KBC Global NV Czech Branch. The objective of this proposal is to design system which would be meant to advance the quality of employees' education in given company. In theoretical part we will look closer at the meaning of adults' education. In analysis of the system, there is described chat system of education KBC Global NV Czech Branch uses. The main objective of quantitative research is to find out what is the level of employees' satisfaction with educational system in KBC Global NV Czech Branch, what forms of educational system in given company the employees are fully satisfied with or not and not least chat changes they would like to make, if any. The optimization proposal is focused on more efficient educational system which would advance the quality of education in KBC Global NV Branch and therefore to gain higher value of human capital.
How to effectively promote change in the accounting system of the audit firm

The aim of my thesis is to analyse procedures currently used by auditors when presenting suggestions of changes at the client. The theoretical part defines change and its process. Further I look into inner motivation and the GROW method, which is used in couching. In the practical part, structured interviews with an auditor and employees of a financial accounts department according to the GROW method are carried out. Recommendations and procedures for implementing changes by the auditor are recommended based on these interviews. The aim of these recommendations is to improve the process of implementing change itself.
Efficiency of coaching in dependence on chosen methods

Coaching belongs to a very often used terms not only in companies but also in personal and career life of many people. The thesis engages in researching coaching method which is analyzed from the point of view of the coaches themselves. In theoretical part the thesis describes the merit and various forms of coaching. Practical part of the thesis describes and analyzes real cases from the coaches' praxis. Further it examines relation between used methods and techniques and the effectiveness of the coaching. Necessary data and information for the thesis were provided by the professional coaches during interviews.
Human Resources Management in a concrete company

The main aim of this work is to analyze Human Resources Management in a concrete company and to suggest steps, based on this analysis, to improve the situation. Topic of this work was chosen because Human Resources Management is very actual and developing subject. This work is based on study of professional literature and analysis of Human Resource Management in company A. This information is supplemented by Value Survey Module Questionnaire 94 by Geert Hofstede. Based on this part of work there were suggested some steps to improve the situation concerning Internet advertising, evaluation interviews, changing of company culture, vision and mission, coaching, creating of new job, visiting "Jobday" in České Budějovice and improvement of communication. Some of these suggestions are closely connected to each other.

The modern companies is increasingly realizing that prosperity of the companies is not only based on advanced technology, on the famously elaborate strategy but that the functioning of society depends on people themselves. Coaching is presented as a modern method of development potential employees on the basis of coaching freely determine their objectives over time achieve alone. Personal development of employees as well as the author considered a form of competitive advantage because satisfied and motivated employees are seen as a valuable source of the companies. Increased appetite for work, effort for increase their results and productivity, better perception of motivation - that all the author understands as the examples of positive results of coaching. To these positive effects were reached, it requires knowledge of substance and ideas, understanding of this method. The author is in the practical part of thesis focuses on students and graduates because she perceives them as a group preferred by modern companies. The aim of the practical part is to show which knowledge has the segmented group on the method and whether any such knowledge or ignorance is a sign of positive or negative results of coaching.
