Cílem mé diplomové práce je analyzovat stávající využívané postupy auditora při předkládání návrhu změny u klienta. Teoretická část vymezuje změnu a její proces. Dále řeším vnitřní motivaci a metodu GROW, která bývá využívána v koučování. V praktické části jsou podle metody GROW provedeny strukturované rozhovory s auditorem a zaměstnanci finanční účtárny. Na základě analýzy těchto rozhovorů jsou navrženy doporučení a postup pro zavádění změny auditorem. Cílem těchto doporučení je zlepšení samotného procesu zavedení změny. The aim of my thesis is to analyse procedures currently used by auditors when presenting suggestions of changes at the client. The theoretical part defines change and its process. Further I look into inner motivation and the GROW method, which is used in couching. In the practical part, structured interviews with an auditor and employees of a financial accounts department according to the GROW method are carried out. Recommendations and procedures for implementing changes by the auditor are recommended based on these interviews. The aim of these recommendations is to improve the process of implementing change itself.
