Bakalářská práce "Návrh systému dalšího vzdělávání v podnikové sféře" je zaměřena na vzdělávání zaměstnanců v KBC Global NV Czech Branch. Cílem je navrhnout systém, který by zlepšil kvalitu vzdělávání zaměstnanců v dané firmě. V teoretické části si přiblížíme, co znamená vzdělávání dospělých. V analýze systému vzdělávání je popsáno, jaký systém vzdělávání KBC Global NV Czech Branch využívá. Hlavním cílem kvantitativního výzkumu je zjistit, jaká je spokojenost zaměstnanců se vzděláváním v KBC Global NV Czech Branch, s jakými formami vzdělávání jsou zaměstnanci spokojeni či nespokojeni a jakou změnu by uvítali. Návrh optimalizace se zabývá efektivnějším systémem vzdělávání, který by v KBC Global NV Czech Branch mohl zlepšit kvalitu vzdělávání a tím získat vyšší hodnotu lidského kapitálu. The aim of bachelor's thesis "System proposal of further education in business sector" is the education of employees in KBC Global NV Czech Branch. The objective of this proposal is to design system which would be meant to advance the quality of employees' education in given company. In theoretical part we will look closer at the meaning of adults' education. In analysis of the system, there is described chat system of education KBC Global NV Czech Branch uses. The main objective of quantitative research is to find out what is the level of employees' satisfaction with educational system in KBC Global NV Czech Branch, what forms of educational system in given company the employees are fully satisfied with or not and not least chat changes they would like to make, if any. The optimization proposal is focused on more efficient educational system which would advance the quality of education in KBC Global NV Branch and therefore to gain higher value of human capital.
