Theoretical part is dedicated ensuring termination and methods of marketing and marketing research of customer satisfaction. In the next part of the is analyze current status of Cukrárna Piccolo. Bachelor´s thesis also deals with realization and evaluation of marketing research of custumer satisfaction for Cukrárna Piccolo. Thesis contains suggestions for the increase customer satisfaction.

This work is focused on research of customer's satisfaction of company Gebr. Ostendorf - OSMA plastic processing s.r.o.. This company deals with manufacturing and sale of plastic sewer pipeline and operates in many countries. The aim is to analyze the level of customer's satisfaction and to suggest measures to enhance it. Work is composed of several parts. The first part contains theoretical sollutions to work. The following is an analysis of current satisfaction by questioning and evaluating questionnaires. In the last part we suggest own solution and evaluate its benefits.

This thesis deals with analysis of customer´s satisfaction in Tesco express in the Malinovskeho square. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on data processing of marketing and procedure of individual analysis. The practical part of the present Tesco company and it´s store and result´s of questionnaire and SWOT analysis. The final section includes its own suggestions and recommendations designed to improve the solved situation.

The practical part uses all this knowledge, especially to analyze customer satisfaction own surveys and company surveys. The work will be finished proposals to remedy the situation, which will be presented to the company.
