Simulation model of levitation magnet and magnetic bearing
Stuchlý, Karel ; Bárta, Jan (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to make a review about konstruction and options of simulation of active magnetic bearing. This active magnetic bearing will be a part of milk pump in food industry. A traditional oil lubricated bearing could devalue a fluid. As a part of the work is carried out a simulation of levitation electromagnet by a computer program ANSYS Simplorer and Maxwell. Consequently, knowledge of this simulation are applied to simulate two-axis magnetic bearing, which is simulated.
Spiral conveyor
Horák, Michal ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and structural design of a horizontal shaftless screw conveyor for sugar transport with 7.5m distance. The introduction focuses on theory of spiral conveyor and material conveyed, followed by specification of basic dimensions, drive unit design, and functional calculation of the conveyor. The attachment contains elaboration of required drawing documentation and structural design of the conveyor.
Methodology of Vehicle Gearbox Conversion
Svoboda, Petr ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
The master‘s thesis is focused on a proposal for conversion of a vehicle manual gearbox to increase its load capacity and effectiveness for use in a racing car. The thesis contains a universal applicable methodology of conversion and implementation to the real gearbox.
Vibration monitoring from rolling bearing
Langr, Pavel ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with problematics of vibration measurement and diagnosis of rolling bearings. The first part is focused on describing basic terms, defines what vibration and bearings are and how vibration occur as a result of ball bearing defects. The second part of this bachelor thesis deals with vibration diagnosis according to ČSN ISO 10816 standard and describes basic principles and rules, to comply with this standard. Third part of the thesis deals with instrumentation of IFM electronic company, used for vibration diagnosis. The last part is attended to design and realiyation of laboratory exercise, which is meant to familiarize with ball bearing vibration problematics.
Design of steel-concrete composite structure of road bridge on by-road of Bytom
Uhl, Milan ; Marván, David (referee) ; Nečesal, Petr (advisor)
The task of the thesis is to design composite steel-concrete bridge consisting of four spans. Student will design two versions – continuous beam and four simple supported beams.
The use of optical methods in the diagnosis of electrical machines
Tobolák, Petr ; Kuchyňková, Hana (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This term describes questions of scanning rotors of asynchronous motors using 3D scanner. At the beginning it deals with a theory of asynchronous motors, defects of these machines and last but not least also questions of 3D scanning. Directly it focuses on a practical processing of measured rotors and their necessary modifications using of a program GEOMAGIC. It includes a diagnostic of deviations of scanning components of rotors with a model created on a program AUTODESK INVENTOR and posiible reasons of their creation.
APPLICATION OF ACOUSTIC EMISSION METHOD FOR MORE DETAILED DIAGNOSTICS OF RADIAL BEARINGS DAMAGE
Hort, Filip ; Pazdera, Luboš (referee) ; Hájek, Karel (referee) ; Samek,, Jiří (referee) ; Mazal, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis studies the possibilities of exploiting the acoustic emission method as a tool for more detailed identification of the radial bearings damage formation. The work includes comparison of different evaluation methods in laboratory tests. Applied couplant between the contact sensor areas and sensing surfaces is also taken into account. The practical part includes the presentation of the experimental station and structural adjustments made. The main part of the work comprises the examples in detail of three types of experimental tests that simulate the possible failure of bearings and their manifestation in the sensing signal. Testing methodology developed with recommended values for setting common AE signal measurement, vibration and temperature is a part of the thesis, too.
Centrifugal motor brake for pneumatic compactor
Vít, Jakub ; Kamarýt, Martin (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of my thesis is the design of centrifugal brakes to prevent twisting of the combustion engine with pneumatic compactor. In the first part of my thesis I deal with existing and similar systems that prevent over speeding. In the second part I deal with the design of its own centrifugal brake. This includes basic functional, strength, thermal calculation, design of components and fabrication drawings according to the assignment.
System design vertical drive elevator, including the possibility of control for the storage system LLH
Tichý, Jiří ; Dlesk, Daniel (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this master's thesis are the engineering design of solutions for vertical elevator drive storage systém LLH – Schwerlast. The project is composed of technical report ans drawing documentation. The Technical report deals with storage and handling bar material, methods of control and manipulation of storage systems and structural design. In the structural part are designed draft drive and its main parts. The main parts of drive are checked using structural analysis. The drawing documentation is composed of assembly drawing, manufacturing dravings and welded frame drawing.
Optimization of mixer truck gearbox bearing arrangements
Górnisiewicz, Tomáš ; Mazůrek, Ivan (referee) ; Nohál, Libor (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a design and optimization of mixer truck gearbox bearing arrangements. The gearbox is an important part of mixer truck. Major emphasis is put on design of main bearing which is a key component of the gearbox because of high load applied on it. Two basic criterions were considered in main bearing design – dynamic radial load capacity and contact stress in contact of roller and raceways. Developed two-stage optimizing algorithm is based on standard bearing and allows to design new bearing which is specialized for carrying output shaft of mixer truck gearbox.
