Communication with a child in children groups

This bachelor thesis deals with issues in communication with a child in children group. The theoretical part contains general information relating to pre-school institutions, communication, and conditions of formation of emotionally propitious surrounding. The practical part pursues comparison of kindergarten and children group from the point of view of communication and enquires into communication techniques appearing in these surroundings. The aim of the practical part is to discover the communication techniques which are used in children groups and kindergarten classes within effective and ineffective communication. One of the next goals is a determination of the most frequently used techniques in this environment. Questionnaires and structured observation are used there as a research method. The result of the research is a summary of answers from the questionnaire and a summary of statements from teachers and carers who were observing and communicating with children. Results of this thesis can be used as an inspiration for people working in a kindergarten or in a children group.
Child aggressive behavior in the kindergarten and usually used solutions

The bachelor's thesis is describing the issue of the aggressive behaviour of children and how this is dealt with by teachers in kindergarten. In the theoretical part I describe the basic terminology related to aggression as well as dealing with the theories behind aggression and the aspects of aggressive behaviour. I describe the division of aggression, the development of the child, the development of their aggression by means of resolution of aggressive behaviour and communication with family. In the practical part I present the results of my observations which I made in a kindergarten. I observed the ways in which children are behaving aggressively and the ways in which teachers are dealing with this aggression. I also present my point of view and possible ways of dealing with the children's aggression in practice. In the summary I offer a discussion which deals with bridging the theoretical and practical aspects, I examine the opinions of the authors and add my opinion on the issue. The aim of my thesis work is to map the issue in practice and provide inspiration for dealing with aggressive behaviour of a child.

Irena Lhotková, PhD ABSTRACT: This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of effective communication in the area of the relationship between the school canteen manager and the primary school headmaster, in a situation where the school canteen operates under the auspices of the primary school organization. Under this arrangement, communication between two disparate environments arises which places considerable strain on the communicating parties and puts special demands on their communication skills, in particular on the part of the primary school headmaster. The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to answer the following questions: What are the key common areas of this communication, if any? What is the optimum frequency of mutual communication? Which communication channels are the most frequently used ones in this internal communication? The collected materials and evaluation of results have been summarized at the end of the thesis into a brief recommendation, a simple manual that might serve as the basis for developing or enhancing effective communication in the given area. Current trends in communication and teamwork in construction engineering

The diploma thesis deals with current trends in communication and teamwork in construction companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is first to theoretically describe and explain the concepts of communication and teamwork and then to conduct research in construction companies and find out what are the current trends in communication and teamwork. The first part of the diploma thesis is theoretical and focuses on knowledge and concepts gained from the literature. The second part of the diploma thesis is practical. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge, research questions are compiled. Their task is to find out current trends in communication and teamwork. These trends are currently influenced mainly by covid-19 and related problems, which are limiting human contact and isolation. Based on the research questions, a questionnaire survey and two guided interviews are compiled. Their task is to find out how communication and teamwork takes place in construction companies at present. At the end of the thesis, questions focused on current trends in communication and teamwork are answered thanks to the obtained results.
