Sviták, Jan ; Kunt, Miroslav (advisor) ; Miroslav, Miroslav (referee)
SUMMARY The first chapter of my dissertation is set on the problematics of greenery in villages and cities and characterization of activities that are realized in the project The common solution in the care of the native landscape where the inventarization of trees in the region of the Union of the Novoborsko villages is processed, with the utilization of standard metodics of technical state meassuring of trees, analysis of the state of vegetation zones and the singular trees with the use of ISAT metodics and measurements. With the measurements acquired in this project was founded the project: Regeneration of the greenery in the Union of the Novoborsko villages. The aim of this work is comparison of real prizes in individual arrangements with the prizes of transparent open competitions. The work contains summary of prizes of these arrangements in the individual villages and cities in the Union. In the next stage are the main section of open competitions and the output acquired from the prize offers of individual companies involved in these competitions. The last stage of this work contain outputs and the realization of next stages of the The common solution in care of the greenery project and the preparation of the Regeneration of the greenery in the Union of the Novoborsko villages project. The outputs shows common and widely known truth that the projected prizes of the projects are way off in comparsion with the offered prizes of companies which partakes in the open competitions . This work proved that final prize of the starting prizes in the competitive tendering is significantly lowered in the end. Specifically saying, the prize of the winning prizes is lowered for about a third for the whole project, but even equally in the partial prizes of the items. After comparsion analysis of prius, using the application of prizes listed in the ÚRS price lists in combination with real prizes of arboristic companies it gives us a common rules how to prepare a request for grants linked with projects of the solutions in the care of greenery.Practical and theoretical skills of the realized project Regeneration of the greenery in the Union of the Novoborsko villages were used. In my opinion the main aim of these outputs can be in the usage of the realization and the preparation of the projects linked with the care of the greenery and woody plants that villages and towns in Liberec region make, because the situation is similar like in the Union of the Novoborsko villages. I believe that this work may improve the not so good state of greenery and the better budget making of small villages.

Data for the practical part of thesis was collected with use of assembled questionnaire and its dissemination in all concerned schools. The result of this research in region of Tabor was satisfactory except of elementary school in Stadlec where I recommend putting more stress on cooperation with villages in neighborhood for better financing in order to improve its condition or construction of new ones.

Security provisions of VoIP traffic in Open source PBX
Chalás, Jaroslav ; Daněček, Vít (referee) ; Šilhavý, Pavel (advisor)
Main goal of creating the Open Source project and GPL licence are free sources and applications available for a wide public. Competent communities are responsible for support and upgrade of Open source based applications and softwares, which are created on a voluntary bases. Due to this fact an implementation depends on plenty others publicly available libraries and applications, which sometimes complicate the installation process itself. Successfully created VoIP connection is two-phase based process. Signalization is necessary in the first place, which might be supported with H.323 or SIP. After call parameter negotiation – voice codec, cipher code, ports etc, the second phase takes over to transfer voice. Theoretical part of this thesis describes SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP and IAX protocols, as well as secure ways of signalization and voice stream part of the call. These might be SIPS, SRTP, ZRTP and IPsec. In thesis Open Source Asterisk PBX is well described, when mentioning its options, features and community support. I put near options available for particular releases and introduce attacks and abuses which are possible to perform on the VoIP system in general, together with available, no cost and working tools to perform the attacks with. Practical part focuses on possibilities to generate experimental attacks on individual systen parts with exact definition of what the consequences are. Based on the overall analyse of achieved results I conclude three solutions as autoinstallation linux packages. These „deb“ packages consist of specific Asterisk release required to meet the security needs, ready-to-test configuration and guide to follow with correct options to set. Final security possibilities requires hardening on application layer, where Iptables takes its part. „Linux firewall“ as some express Iptables are configured to reflect VoIP system parameters and protect from DoS attacks.

Snowboard Schools of Czech Republic and Slovakia and Their Comparison with Snowboard Schools of the Alps
Kráľ, Branislav ; Indrová, Jarmila (advisor) ; Kiráľová, Alžbeta (referee)
Author's goal is to describe snowboard schools in Czech Republic and Slovakia, to compare them with the Alps' snowboarding schools, and thus assess development tendencies of these schools. Rapid growth of free time in the twentieth century accelerated by favorable conditions of recent times caused the genesis of free-time industry. One of the segments satisfying free-time needs is sport tourism, which is beneficial for both tourists and regions, but which brings up conflicts with the environment. Services in this segment have their specific traits, and all these traits influence the quality of such service. The demanded quantity of these services is highly elastic, making sport tourism sensitive to business cycles. Marketing aiming at people demanding sport tourism products must consider four particular principles: partnership, people, programming, and packages. Further, it is necessary to be familiar with the golden rules of psychology of sales. Snowboarding began to come to light in the 70s of the twentieth century. First European snowboarding schools began to rise in the early 90s, but the sport was only being taken seriously after its debut at Nagano Olympics. In the author's way of understanding, a snowboarding school is every organization or a part of an organization teaching snowboarding in any form. The most wide-spread schools are those based in winter resorts. Clients consist mainly of children, while their parents are those who pay for the fun. The schools thence try to be reliable and professional, so as to attract paying parents, and stylish, so as to attract young people and children. Tough competition makes snowboarding schools offer quality and creative services. Enriching the scope with freestyle lessons is the legacy. What makes instructors professional are licenses, among which those issued by ISIA are accepted the best. Except for a license, an instructor is asked to be outgoing, keen on his sport, creative, open-minded and enduring. To a great part, instructors are motivated by their stay in the mountains itself. When teaching, they must proceed step by step, so as to make students feel learning is easy. It is crucial to state that Slovak and Czech snowboarding schools inspire themselves by Alps' schools, hence watching Alps is a sort of a peek into future of schools of our home region.

Vágner, Petr ; Květoň, Viktor (advisor) ; Pova, Patrik (referee)
Traffic accessibility is used to be mentioned in connection with regional development and economy. In my bachelor thesis, I analyse and bring out relationships between unemployment rate and traffic accessibility in the Region of Český Krumlov. I open with characterizing traffic accessibility and its influence on regional development, with a view to unemployment, and I mention theoretical approaches associated with this topic. Later on, I describe statistical and geographical methods used in the practical part of my thesis to bring out relations between the unemployment rate in particular municipality and the accessibility of centers of working microregions. Based on the analysis results, I evaluate hypothesis of higher unemployment in municipalities with low accessibility by public transport and supposed influence of increasing distance and municipalities traffic location.

Attitudes towards ethnical and national minorities
SVOBODOVÁ, Kateřina
This Bachelor Thesis deals with the issue of attitudes of pupils of classes 7 and 8 of elementary schools of the Region of South Bohemia towards ethnical and national minorities. The theoretical part summarizes the current knowledge on selected minorities (Romany, Vietnamese, Ukrainian and American). The implementation of the practical part took place in form of quantitative-qualitative research made in February and March 2010 in classes 7 and 8 of selected elementary schools in villages under 7 000 citizens (ZŠ J. A. Komenského Blatná, ZŠ Bělčice, ZŠ Sedlice). The goal of the Thesis consisted in mapping of attitudes of the target group of pupils with differentiation by gender towards the most frequent ethnical and national minorities in the Czech Republic. The research results show that the attitudes of pupils of classes 7 and 8 towards minorities do not copy the attitudes of broad public stated in public opinion polls. Girls from the target set show more positive relationship to ethnical and national minorities than boys. It can be stated in general that pupils of classes 7 and 8 are relatively helpful and open towards minority groups of fellow citizens, but they are aware of problems related particularly to coexistence with Romany minority. Creation of positive attitudes towards minorities through school lessens and special programs and events for pupils is important with regard to the possibility of such individuals starting life without prejudices emerging in close environment of the individual on the base of stereotyped behaviour and thinking. The research shows that pupils of classes 7 and 8 are able to perceive the characteristics of the relevant groups on the base of interpretation presented by their environment but that they can also express their opinion on fellow citizens from other national and ethnical minorities they meet.

HRON, Pavel
This thesis presents a comprehensive view on the issue of illegal storage of hazardous substances and waste in the Czech Republic. The work is highly relevant, by the fact that illegal warehouses, or buildings where there is unlawful storage, the Czech Republic can find countless and their discovery is only a matter of time. In the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the legal definition of waste management, the topic of chemical substances and mixtures and their development at international and national level, so as to issues concerning these areas seen over the years. Interestingly a certain comparison was analyzed other events associated with such dealings, and in 2010 in the village of Bela nad Svitavou . This case was very specific and publicized in the media, with regard to the fact that the property owner had a mental disorder. There is also outlined what motives leading operators of these stores for their operation. Great time and especially financial cost of illegal disposal of stores is devoted to the next chapter. In connection with this chapter builds on the measures taken immediately for further such objects as identifying and initiating a control action called " brownfields". Part of the work dealing with the simulation of a potential hazard in the event that occurred some of these accident scenarios is very alarming. Terex program to simulate leakage of hydrogen cyanide in a specific amount, which was formed by the reaction of potassium cyanide and inorganic acids. Given that the placement of substances in the warehouse disregarded, and the material rather than with expertise stored with the need to save the maximum space, this reaction actually could occur. Simulated the escape of a former factory in the village Vertex Libcany. Indeed, the alarming fact is that at a distance of one hundred meters from the house was situated kindergarten and elementary school, where the daily ranges to three hundred people. In conclusion the author's position is defined and assessment solutions to the operators concerned in the event of liquidation of illegal warehouse Libčany a definition of the fundamental weaknesses associated with the solution in these cases. Further proposals are discussed, especially legislative, methodological and organizational aspects that must be incorporated into the legislation of our country, so that in the future establishment of such a warehouse avoided.
